Improving Assignment Activation
I really would like to be able to see all current activations.
Furthermore I realized that if a student has done 3 of 3 tries with a chapter test (which is the default max) I can't give this student another try (with out waiting for the end of the current activation) - which is really annoying.
Furthermore I'd really appreciate it if there was an option to have an activation for all users especially those added to the class at a later time.1 vote -

Direct link to a support ticket or LMS.
After opening a support ticket, I received an email with a direct link to the ticket (https://cisco-netacad1.custhelp.com/app/account/questions/detail/i_id/983890). However, when I click on it, it takes me to the login page of netacad.com. After I login, it takes me to the main page of netacad.com and not the actual support ticket.

Help Desk link to have "CC" link to Email others about request
With Academy Connection, when a Help Desk ticket is generated there is the facility to "CC" the request to the Email accounts of interested parties. This functionality does not appear to be available with NetSpace

Nothing is planned to change the web form in Netspace to include a “CC” field. You can put that in the notes of your description of the problem to ask the agent to cc the email address provided.

Additional Locations for PT Assessment Environment Checker
I think it would be useful to put a link to the PT Assessment Environment Checker on the pre-launch page for the PT SBAs so that students who maybe move from computer to computer have the ability to make sure their machine supports the SBA delivery before trying to load and start the assessment.

Grade book should retain settings
When you have a class and arrange the grade book, for example by date, it should retain that setting. It would be helpful to organize columns too.

Open all submissions in SpeedGrader
The ability to open all new assignment submission in the SpeedGrader at once would be fabulous. For example, if I have 10 new submissions for 10 different assignments that show in in the "To Do" list, the ability to open all of those in the SpeedGrader instead of by assignment.

Hi Mohamed, Unfortunately the videos provided globally will not have voice due to bandwidth and the global audience. We do expect additional tutorials to be created by Partners which would be localized and possibly have voice over added.

Adding file upload capability on Course Quizzes
When I make Course Quizzes I want to have questions with file upload capability for resolved student Packet Tracer activities.

Just saw this and am following up:
This capability already exist. When you create add a new question to the Quiz or to the Question Bank, there is a dropdown to select the type of question. Select File Upload Question. The student will then have an opportunity to upload a file. You can also do this by creating an Assignment. When editing the Assignment, click Show Advanced Options. Then select Online Submission for the Submission type. Then students can upload files and you can even download all of them at once and the PT Activity Grader can grade them all at once for you. 1 voteAlexandre, there are iOS applications currently available for the classroom environment in NetSpace. Search the app store for “Canvas for iOS” and “Speedgrader for iPad.” Hope that helps!

Add Academy Connection ID to user info under manage user
From the NetSpace Home Screen/Manage/Manage Users:
When I click on a user to manage that user (student or instructor), I do not see the academy connection i.d. I recommend adding the academy connection i.d. information to this screen.

Enroll existing students
How do I Enroll 20 users at teh same time ??
I suppose the search interface is a joke
I have to say I am very angry because of this new interface
Every body is loosing his time.
And users or not BETA testers.

Denis, we apologize for any frustration you have experienced. If you click the gear icon next to the course name, you can view the new enrollment page that allows you to upload a csv file and enroll several students at the same time. On the new enrollment page click the gear icon above the students enrolled section to upload a csv file.

Fix "Manage Enrollments": "Showing x - y of z results"
Hi
I have 28 Students enrolled in a class.
But at the end of the table "Enrolled Students" it states "Showing 1 - 10 of 30 results." or "Showing 21 - 30 of 30 results."
I would except: "Showing 1 - 10 of 28 results." or "Showing 21 - 28 of 28 results."

Lock submission of assignments at grading period end
At the end of a grading period, it would be useful to be able to Lock any submissions so I can grade what's currently in, without fully locking down/un-publishing the course.
The Helpdesk Chat suggested changing the End Date, and I'll see if that works; however, a simpler solution should be available (something akin to "Close Sumissions for Grading until___"

Give access to scores/answers from prior quizzes
I use the Quiz engine for Study Guides and Answer Sheets. Students must Submit prior to my being able to grade.
However, if a student accidentally begins the Quiz again, their prior answers are lost. It'd be great to be able to see all attempts, not just the immediate one.

Provide access to quiz/assignment results before the student Submits it
When I used Moodle, I was able to see all of a student's work toward completion of an assignment (I use the Quiz module for this, but it could be any type of Assignment). In the new system, I can't see a student's answers until they press Submit, and then the student cannot change anything or make corrections.
I'd like to see their incomplete work so I can give feedback before they finish it. It'd be a great addition and make my life easier.
Note that I'm NOT referring to Chapter Exams, just to my own Quizzes (which I use…

Marc, sorry for the confusion. The enrollment tool has been updated and the enrollment options are now accessed by clicking on the gear icon next to the course name. A new enrollment page will open and you can add/delete both instructors and students to the course.
