Direct link to a support ticket or LMS.
After opening a support ticket, I received an email with a direct link to the ticket (https://cisco-netacad1.custhelp.com/app/account/questions/detail/i_id/983890). However, when I click on it, it takes me to the login page of netacad.com. After I login, it takes me to the main page of netacad.com and not the actual support ticket.

You may have received this if you clicked on Help in your course instead of from the NetSpace home page.
