Copy a quiz question within the same quiz (duplicate questions)
I made a quiz with questions that had the same choices for answers and it would have been nice to be able to copy and paste a question within a quiz and then make small but important changes. I could copy or move to a new quiz but not back to the same quiz. For example, I had several multiple choice questions with the answers Flash, ROM, RAM, NVRAM, etc. It would have been a time saver to duplicate questions.

function to activate multiple chapter test
i'd like to suggest that system have the function to activate multiple chapter test at time like prev systems.

finding students to enroll
Recently I wanted to look for all students that I could enroll. I tried the
same as I did on the old site. No good. The work around I did was search for the vowels a,e,i,o,u. Depending on the vowel used I got most students. I then opened a trouble ticket to see if there was an easier way. I have pasted the response below. Unsafe script
When using the latest Google chrome I get a warning about unsafe script. I am getting this when I am a going to assignments and then to chapter 1 exam for exploration semester 4. When I click allow script to run it does load new window and allow me to load the chapter exam.
There is an option to load the script from unauthenticated sources.
I try and teach my students that when this normally comes up you should not go forward for security and other obvious reasons.

Multiple Assessment Activation
I would like to have the ability to activate multiple assessments for all or select students, with all of the features just like we had in NetAcad. It took 10 years to get that interface and now we're back to ground zero.

Sharing Students from other Academies
Hi,
I have a student that I am unable to enroll into my current CCNA2 class. He is from a different academy. I cannot find him through the search. Is it possible to share students from other academies on netspace as we did not Academy connection?1 voteHi Selina,
Unfortunately, there is not a way to share students from other academies. The student needs to be created in each academy.

Give academy administrators greater access to user demographic information.
As addminisrators we must answer questions and solve problems. Having access to correct data makes the kob easier. In this specific case I could have saved and hour if I had access to the user screen names and the ability to reset passwords. Knowing that the user had logged in and created an account gives me information that I can use when they say thay had not logged in. Dates and time and access to user profile would help me do my job better and moer efficiently.

The Mouse gets stuck when moving the divider between the Text and the graphic
Keep the Text Area one size .... BUT, Allow for INCREASING the font size, ZOOM... Many students may NEED this feature...
Why 4 clicks to Get to EVERYTHING...
NO Progress Bar at the bottom... having the Labs/pages expandable in a separate column is a waste of space

Show tooltip before click so the tip can be read
There is a tootip with a long text that displays very briefly when I click "Add Existing" to add students to a course. Before I can read it, the screen changes to the search window. I have tried many things to be able to read it, but I haven't been able to yet. Please show this tip on mouseover, not on click. Otherwise it will never be readable.

Speed up the timeline for issuing exam vouchers
The 30 days it’s now taking to request and receive the CCNA exam voucher is too long. Our High School Academy also acts as the testing center. It is the only testing center within an hour-and-a-half drive of the Academy. The testing center closes with the Academy during the summer break. In order for the Students to receive the voucher in time to take the Certification Exam before they graduate or leave for the summer, they would have to complete the courses in April. This leaves over a month that the Students have finished the course, but still have to…

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the 21 day processing time presents a burden to our students and instructors. The additional processing time is necessary to prevent fraud and ensure the sustainability of the voucher program for all our students and instructors globally. However, we are working to improve our systems and processes so that we can reduce the processing time. We hope to implement a shorter processing time by the end of the summer. (Northern Hemisphere). -

in the search results it says "showing 1 to 20". a total amount of results is usually after the items found to indicate that there are more pages of results. thanks for the "share idea" option.

Create Link in Learn section that allows students to enroll in a class via a class seat token.
Being able to only redeem a certificate at the www.netacad.com front page is confusing for students. It would be better to have an option to redeem a seat token from within the system.

Network Basics ILM is missing lab number or page number from reading
Im looking through the ILM for Network Basics and each lab is not numbered. How can we find where this lab is located in the course reading?

Save button at the top.
This is a quiz request. When you work on a new question you are near the top of the window and questions you made earlier appear below. When you want to save, and we always want to save often, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to hit save. Quizzes can get very long. It should be at the top and the bottom.

Final Result
Could you please not average the Practice Final Exam and Final Exam or at least give us a choice. I only use the Final Exam as the student result and the gradebook becomes confusing for both students and me.

The Practice Final Exam can be moved to another assignment group and weighted as zero. The Weighting Assignments tutorial is a good reference. It is available from the NetSpace home page > Programs > NetSpace Tutorials. I hope this helps! -

Vouchers for Instructors that need to re-certify
Can Cisco provide a method where current instructors can get a voucher for the exams to re-certify certifications.

So unfortunately, vouchers for instructors apply only to newly qualified instructors, e.g. instructors who just joined the program or existing instructors who have just qualified to teach a new (for them) curriculum. E.g. an instructor who was previously teaching IT Essentials and then gets qualified to teach CCNA Discovery, will become eligible for a CCNA Composite voucher.
We do realize though there is tremendous demand for vouchers from instructors and given our limited supply of them, we are working on ways to make them available via rewards and incentives. For example, this year, instructor vouchers were awarded at instructor conferences and have also been used as part of the new Rewards and Recognition program for some instructors who met particular milestones or other criteria.
