Speed up the timeline for issuing exam vouchers
The 30 days it’s now taking to request and receive the CCNA exam voucher is too long. Our High School Academy also acts as the testing center. It is the only testing center within an hour-and-a-half drive of the Academy. The testing center closes with the Academy during the summer break. In order for the Students to receive the voucher in time to take the Certification Exam before they graduate or leave for the summer, they would have to complete the courses in April. This leaves over a month that the Students have finished the course, but still have to attend class. Also, if the Students don't take the exam before they graduate, they rarely go to another testing center or return to take the Certification Exam after the summer.
The whole process worked much better when the Voucher request process took only 3 -4 days. Then the Students could finish the class at the end of May, request the voucher and still have time to take the exam before leaving for the summer or graduating.
As advanced as Cisco is, it shouldn't take four weeks to verify that a Student is real and that he/she attended class for four semesters.
I’ve included the link on the NetSpace site which introduces the new voucher timeline:

Hi Robb,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the 21 day processing time presents a burden to our students and instructors. The additional processing time is necessary to prevent fraud and ensure the sustainability of the voucher program for all our students and instructors globally. However, we are working to improve our systems and processes so that we can reduce the processing time. We hope to implement a shorter processing time by the end of the summer. (Northern Hemisphere).
