Show tooltip before click so the tip can be read
There is a tootip with a long text that displays very briefly when I click "Add Existing" to add students to a course. Before I can read it, the screen changes to the search window. I have tried many things to be able to read it, but I haven't been able to yet. Please show this tip on mouseover, not on click. Otherwise it will never be readable.

I explained later that this turned out to be a tooltip for something else on that page that was showing up as the page was being reloaded. Please remove this suggestion (and please give me back the vote). Thanks.
