Reset activity on activity resets to guest
Using the "Reset Activity" button on the PT Activity screen (by the "Check Results" button), results in the activity having a Guest username. This happens even if Guest has been disabled in the Activity Wizard>Answer Network>Settings>"No Guest Profile". Students have been earning zero points on a few of my labs as a result of this bug.
Further, the Guest is improperly trimmed. A space after the Guest username results in an allowed Guest username, which is then trimmed (somewhere) and when CTRL-SHIFT U is pressed the Guest user will not be allowed.

Need a specific place where issues/changes to NetSpace are posted.
Need a specific place where issues/changes to NetSpace are posted. The files in communities has not been working for two weeks. For Example -There is no information posted about this and instructors are getting frustrated.

Managing activations with CSV
I manage all my classes from a MsOffice application of mine.
Even if I already can create and edit classes and populate students by 1-clic in my excel sheets, I need more integration with Netacad.com.I would like to integrate tests activations --> It could be very easier by exchanging CSV file, like with students lists.
Would you plan it? Many thanks

Chapter Quizzes bilingual by default when the Curriculum and the Chapter Exams are bilingual
Hi,
I have created a course in Spanish, and my students have the possibility of studing the Curriculum either in Spanish or in English by default.
Also, when it comes to take Chapter Exams, they can choose either Spanish or English by default as well.
I encourage them to take it in English, although I think it is good for them to have the final word about the language they prefer.But the thing is that the Chapter Quizzes are not in Spanish and English by default, and in order to get it, you have to create a new course…

Competency Based Learning
Would love to create dependencies on exams to provide CBL.
Students have the option to take an "Entrance Exam" for a series of modules... Exam Modules 1-8. If the student Passes (85% or above let's say) the "Entrance Exam", the student would have the option to
keep the exam grade in lieu of going through Modules 1-8 and their exams. Should the student choose not to accept the "Entrance Exam score" the student would be required to go through Module 1-8 materials and Exams and whatever the end grade of those will be it.For example:

You will have the ability to lock modules or create prerequisites for each module as you have described. Eliminate ability to SPAM netspace
Recently we all received an Email addressed to 5,000+ instructors for a simple request for help. This SPAMming ability must be removed from Netspace. The question was more appropriate for the ASC the instructor was associated with.

Specifically for developers
Where are they, certificates and letters should appear in gradebook for eligible students. Please develop for the user not the technology. The mess that you guys have made over the years does not bear thinking about.
1 voteThank you for the feedback William, Students will be able to access their letters and certificates from their profile once you have passed them from the course. Instructors will be able to access their student’s letters and certificates from the Course Management page, refer to the FAQs and Tutorials page for video tutorials on how to request their certificates/letters.

Exam question discussion (Errata)
Instructors should have the option to discuss exam questions from within “assessment viewer” – instead of submitting errata, for poorly worded or incorrect test questions.

Chapter Exam questions chosen from a random Pool
Instructors should have the following options when activating tests:
• Randomize questions from POOL, to decrease identical tests
• New randomized test on student retake6 votesJohn, thank you for the feedback. By default the ‘Randomize Items’ is selected for exams, if you have multiple forms selected with ‘Randomize Items’ checked then students will receive random forms and the items will be randomized also.

Make the comment field of Gradebook visible on export too.
If the optional Comment field on the grade book was exported also I could use it to sort my students by the section they are in making transfer of grades to the school system much easier. The Comment field already exists just not on export

Instructors must be keep active, even if they are not currently employed by TAFE.
Instructors mut have the opportunity to update their status and continuing using proffesional developement althought they are not TAFE teachers any more
4 votesThank you for the feedback, currently Instructor’s accounts remain active. As long as they have the Instructor role at an academy they are able to create courses. If the Instructor role is removed than their ability to create courses is removed, however, they can still use their account to be enrolled in courses and continued learning.

Bring back proper CCNP support.
My idea is simple.
Bring back full curriculum support for CCNP v7 including online curriculum, and presentation materials of the quality we were used to. I hate to see the jewel in the crown of the Academy program be so neglected. Maybe student numbers are low for CCNP, but this is excellence, the progression students should aspire to. Cisco should support this.

We do provide same level of support for CCNP R&S 7 as for CCNP R&S v6. The development of CCNP R&S curriculum is a collaboration between Cisco Networking Academy and CiscoPress, it is to ensure we could offer up-to-date curriculum in a timely manner when certification exam changes. CiscoPress offers Foundation Learning Guide books and ebooks that could support teach the new CCNP R&S. There are also additional learning materials provided by Learning@Cisco that could support instructor teaching and student self-study in the Cisco Learning Network: https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/community/certifications/ccnp -
Saved markup within courses
In order to better teach from the actual curriculum slides, it would be nice to be able to markup the text frame - highlight text, delete text, add text, change font attributes - and be able to save those for use during class or for a later class. I have attached an example.

Adding/delete students to an activated exam
Sometimes we activate an exam only for a few students, but after this, some student wants to be include in this activation.
2 votesYou will be able to go to: Assignments > Exam > Create Advanced Ativation > Students, to select a specific student to create the activation for. Or you can go to Assignments > Exam > View All Attempts > View Activations > Create Activation.

Install a GO TO EDIT in course main page
Install a GO TO EDIT button in course main page.
In the edit page of a course I have the button GO TO COURSE,
but not vice versa. In edit page I must go over main menue and

I would like to create my own quizes: Mother Board identification
I would like to be able to create my own quiz questions to add to current quizzes or make a new quiz all together. I don't think it can be done now.

1 voteHello Greg, you will have the ability to create your own quizzes.
From your course home page you will be able to go to ‘Quizzes’ and click on ‘+Quiz’ to create a new quiz. You can also create question banks to pull questions from for different quizzes. For more information you can refer to the video tutorials:

Delete email
Is there a way to delete all the email and not one by one
1 voteIn the ‘Inbox’ you will be able to use Ctrl+click the messages you want to highlight and then move to the trash. If you have many in a row you want to highlight you can click the first one and then hold down ’shift’+click the last message which will select all between those two and then you can move to the trash.

Allow teachers to unlock student accounts after unsuccesful logins
Teachers should have the ability to unlock student accounts. A student should not have to wait 10-15 minutes to try to access their accounts. There should be a button on the class roster details (the place where we can reset password) that allows us to unlock the locked account.
