Instructors must be keep active, even if they are not currently employed by TAFE.
Instructors mut have the opportunity to update their status and continuing using proffesional developement althought they are not TAFE teachers any more

Thank you for the feedback, currently Instructor’s accounts remain active. As long as they have the Instructor role at an academy they are able to create courses. If the Instructor role is removed than their ability to create courses is removed, however, they can still use their account to be enrolled in courses and continued learning.
