Specifically for developers
Where are they, certificates and letters should appear in gradebook for eligible students. Please develop for the user not the technology. The mess that you guys have made over the years does not bear thinking about.

Thank you for the feedback William, Students will be able to access their letters and certificates from their profile once you have passed them from the course. Instructors will be able to access their student’s letters and certificates from the Course Management page, refer to the FAQs and Tutorials page for video tutorials on how to request their certificates/letters.
