Bring back proper CCNP support.
My idea is simple.
Bring back full curriculum support for CCNP v7 including online curriculum, and presentation materials of the quality we were used to. I hate to see the jewel in the crown of the Academy program be so neglected. Maybe student numbers are low for CCNP, but this is excellence, the progression students should aspire to. Cisco should support this.

Thank you for your feedback.
We do provide same level of support for CCNP R&S 7 as for CCNP R&S v6. The development of CCNP R&S curriculum is a collaboration between Cisco Networking Academy and CiscoPress, it is to ensure we could offer up-to-date curriculum in a timely manner when certification exam changes. CiscoPress offers Foundation Learning Guide books and ebooks that could support teach the new CCNP R&S. There are also additional learning materials provided by Learning@Cisco that could support instructor teaching and student self-study in the Cisco Learning Network: https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/community/certifications/ccnp

I understand that this comment was "closed" by Cisco, but by no means is it a closed issue for those it impacts which are both instructors and students. I know that Pearson has some releases out there but they are primarily a couple of chapters of pictures. This is the equivalent of saying to each instructor “just write 3 books of PowerPoints and interactive media for us and ensure they are all the same between instructors”. I am very disappointed in Cisco Networking Academy for throwing this out without proper instructor support which in this case let me be explicit: No exam engines, lack of Power Points, lack of any interactive media, no vouchers, over simplified assignment environments even lacking MPLS, IPv6 transitioning, and voice at a minimum. I see a new new for-profit arm is making materials for Cisco in the learning center.
Also the canned answer is just wrong, did you look at the Learning Network link provided, they have exam topics which are outdated and not even included in the new exam.

I agree with you, even provide alternative scenarios to increase laboratories using community instructors

Where is the online curriculum? Where are the instructor presentation resources? Where are the chapter tests and final exams?
So, no you don't provide the same level of support for CCNP as you do CCNA.

Other vendors such as VMware and Citrix use their commercially developed courses in their academic partnerships. Perhaps Cisco could let us use the commercial Route, Switch and TShoot course ware (with strict delivery length rules like VMware) until they have prepared the Academic courses.

It would be useful to have this material online. the material is already written it would simply need to be converted to a from which can be viewed online.
