Instructor to be able to show chapter test questions with a "reveal" button to show answers
After a chapter test or mock exam, I like to go through the questions in class that several of the students got wrong, in order to reconsider their answers.
It is difficult to display the questions without revealing the answer at the bottom of the screen. Can we have a "reveal answer" button please?

Time zone for each individual course
I am conducting CCNA instructor training in different countries. Different time zone for each course will be helpful for me to manage the class.

A Chat window to interact with students while they are online
I haven seen it yet but I'd like to have a proper chat window (facebook style) to interact directly with students or a group of them.

Add a Capability to add a student by searching by student ID or student user name when adding an existing student
The search box that shows in "Add Existing Student" page can only include First Name, Last Name and Email, I want it to include a search by Student ID also.

Help Desk link to allow Attaching Files to tickets
As well as the idea already raised with regards to Help Desk link to have "CC" link to Email others about request, it also appears that the ability to attach a file is also missing from the NetSpace Help Desk. The Help Desk suggested I posted this as an idea (see Incident: 121201-000011).

Nothing is planned to change the web form in Netspace to include a “CC” field. You can put that in the notes of your description of the problem to ask the agent to cc the email address provided. You can attach files after agent responds to an Incident.

Certificates should not open in same browser page
I have just generated a class set of completion certifcates and each certifcate was generated in the same browser window as the class student list - this meant I had to use the browser back button to return to the list to generate the next certificate. Ok, I'm a real old guy and things may be different now, but back in the 1990's it was explained to me that best practice webpage functionality was achieved by always retaining navigation control on the page, not with the browser. And back then it was static HTML, not the dynamic pages we have…

Ability to add a Text field to the gradebook
Would like the ability to add a text column to the gradebook... Somewhere to type something like "INC" or "Incomplete" or any other text that I would need to display in the gradebook. Really need to display an 'I' for "Incomplete" in the gradebook.

student's computer restarted during final exam. the time of the exam is now at the initial value.
one of my student's computer restarted while he was taking his final exam. he continued almost from where he left of (a few answers were missing) but the timer for the exam was again 1.45 h (the time I set for the final exams) I guess this is some kind of bug.

En NetAcad ademas de buscar Academias se puede buscar a personas que han estado en la Academia como estudiantes o Instructores.
Seria bueno poder hacerlo en NetSpace.

Better Logging for Tests
I would like to see better logging for student access. I have a student that claims he was unable to take the Final Exam for my class ("It was not active"). I looked at the Student Report in Netspace and is showed that he viewed the Final exam 20 times. I ran a test and the only thing that increments that value is clicking on "Final Exam" from the assignments tab. After that you need to "Load activity in a new window" and that does not increment the number nor does actually taking the test. SO, i have no way…

Repair the advanced activation for assignments
Tha advanced activation didn´t work for more than 2 weeks since begin of December. All of our about 170 students currently enrolled in Modul 1 do the tests at home, so default activation, with a timeframe of 1h isn´t an option. The christmas holidays coming up now are a preferred time to do the tests. The open ticket (for a week now) is without any notice, when this will be fixed.

NetSpace and Different Browsers
I have found that the functionality of the Coorse Gradebook varies with different browsers.
In Firefox and Chrome I cannot change the Course Completion status of a student. Actually the process just seems very peculiar.
Click once in the Instructor Course Completion field for a student and it will automatically set a check (tick) mark if I'm not careful. To set a cross (X) for not completed I have to click once very carefully for the box to appear then a second time which displays the check, then for a third time to set a X. As in the old site. Simple menu, single click to assessment home (why the change to assignment? )
Site is cumbersome and although it may look pretty is a navigation nightmare.
