I have found that the functionality of the Coorse Gradebook varies with different browsers.
In Firefox and Chrome I cannot change the Course Completion status of a student. Actually the process just seems very peculiar.
Click once in the Instructor Course Completion field for a student and it will automatically set a check (tick) mark if I'm not careful. To set a cross (X) for not completed I have to click once very carefully for the box to appear then a second time which displays the check, then for a third time to set a X. If I accidently set a checkmark then clicking it again just jumps me to the top of the column, and clicking the comment arrow opens the commnet box. But I cannot change the result.
In Internet Explorer it is much the same, but if I click the comment arrow it does then allow me to change the value in the completion field, such from the accidental check to a cross or to a blank.
I think that consistent functionality across all browsers need to be assured bythe 17 Dec launch date.
