Help Desk link to allow Attaching Files to tickets
As well as the idea already raised with regards to Help Desk link to have "CC" link to Email others about request, it also appears that the ability to attach a file is also missing from the NetSpace Help Desk. The Help Desk suggested I posted this as an idea (see Incident: 121201-000011).

Nothing is planned to change the web form in Netspace to include a “CC” field. You can put that in the notes of your description of the problem to ask the agent to cc the email address provided. You can attach files after agent responds to an Incident.

Hello Munther,
The option to "Attach Additional Documents to Question" has been removed from the page where an incident is first submitted. After we (Cisco Networking Academy Support) respond to an Incident the link "Attach Additional Documents to Question" is located on the page where you may update the incident in your "My Questions" tab, within the Help Link.
