NC can View History of a Student
In Connection Academy, when a student transfers from one school to another, there was a control requirements for no duplicate courses or enroll in CCNA4 before CCNA. In Netspace not have this control. There is a possibility that the NC can view the history of a student's courses to help control ?

Unfortunately, this isn’t available in NetSpace and it’s not something we have on the roadmap.

Locate Academies
With the academy locator i can't see the Academy ID nor the academy contact.

Academy Locator shows incorrect location
Address and other settings for our academy (Academy ID 3069664) are correct, still the location depicted in Academy Locator is approximately 30 km away from real location, somewhere in forest.
Can I (as an academy contact) correct the location (GPS coordinates etc.) somehow? Is this system error? Correct GPS coordinates for our academy are:
49°4'1.557"N, 17°27'33.164"E

Allow Instructors to delete pending new users which have been entered incorrectly
When creating new users manually (not from a CSV), typos can be made. It would be great if the instructor had rights to delete the incorrectly added user from the student screen without having to go into Academy Management.

In order to delete a pending user, click on the box to the left of the user’s name in the Enrolled Students section. When student is selected, click on the gear icon above that section on the right and choose “Delete Selected.” I hope this helps! -

DIsplay gradebook as percents vs. raw scores
While viewing a gradebook, it would be nice if we could display grades as % instead of as raw scores. I don't always have test/quizzes/assignments that are out of 100 points.

choice of 24 hour time format
I hope that you reintroduce the 24Hour clock again as a very large part of the world do not use AM/PM format at all.

sharing of question banks between different classes
Currently, instructors cannot copy custom made questions created on question banks for a specific class and be made it available to other classes. Like, I have 2 CCNA4 classes that should have common Chapter 1 custom made quiz, and I cannot copy my questions on the first CCNA4 class to be made available to my other CCNA4 class.
I thought this should have been tackled already cause this is a common functionality for question banks. That's why we call it banks by the way.

There is a way to accomplish this. When you choose to export your course (located under the Settings tab in your course home page), there is an option to export the course or export the quizzes. Choose the export the quizzes option. If, for example, you have a test bank of 20 questions but only want to copy 3 of them, create a new test bank and copy those 3 questions to the new test bank. Export that specific quiz and import it to another course. I hope this helps!

Access to the courses without having to create a class for it.
In Netacad we can launch any courses we are cleared to teach. Unless I am missing something, the only way to get to a course is because a class is in progress.

Allow managers/instructors to make a template of the assignments page and copy it to other classes.
I have customized the assignments page for an IT Essentials class to how my company needs it. I would like to be able to just copy that as a template to implement into future classes. I have not found a way to do this yet.

Course title on "Manage Enrollments" page
I can see my courses by my titles, but on the "manage enrollments" page it would be helpful to see the actually Cisco course names of the curriculum being addressed.
For example, my CCNPFTJan2013, is actually a CCNP TSHOOT course and it would be helpful to see that on the pageThanks

add ability to for instructor to take practice PT SBAs
The new platform does not give any instructor view of what is on the practice PT SBAs. We used to be able to activate it for ourselves and take the assessment. I use the assessment for some credit in my classroom. It is difficult to do that if I do not know what is on it or if it works. In the past I have had many technical issues with the practice PT SBAs. I need to be able to test it. It also changed the EWAN SBA changed since I gave it last. I need to know if it…

Auto-Enable Chapter exams
It would be nice to be able to auto-enable the chapter exams for a self-paced course using conditions. Similar to defining when a module is complete. Once all items in a module are complete, then the exam is automatically enabled for a pre-determined amount of time set by the teacher.
I would like this for a Distance Learning class that students can go through at their own pace.
Just a thought.

Functionality in Netacad
It was stated that I would not lose any functionality in Netacad when I switched to Netspace. I lost ALL of my Administrator functions. This was NOT ok at all. Especially during finals week! It then carried over into this week; the first week of the new semester. I also was FORCED to create a new username as were all of my instructors. This was not an acceptable proposition at all. I am EXTREMELY frustrated with Cisco at present. The lack of proper directions for utilizing this site despite all the prep time is horrendous. The help desk has no…

Export/Import Course - Navigation etc
When exporting and then importing a course, the navigation settings do not transfer. I would like to be able to create a TEMPLATE of my course so that all I have to do each semester, is import it and add students and publish.
I also noticed that it copied modules but did not remove the mods from the new course that were not in the old.

Contact Support Link
It seems that the only way to do a Live Chat with support is to switch to the NetSapce Home. From there, the Help->Contact Support link allows for live chat. From within a course it does not. The Help link should be consistent and not change. This causes confusion for people.
