It was stated that I would not lose any functionality in Netacad when I switched to Netspace. I lost ALL of my Administrator functions. This was NOT ok at all. Especially during finals week! It then carried over into this week; the first week of the new semester. I also was FORCED to create a new username as were all of my instructors. This was not an acceptable proposition at all. I am EXTREMELY frustrated with Cisco at present. The lack of proper directions for utilizing this site despite all the prep time is horrendous. The help desk has no answers. I had to figure for myself why my funtions were not working! This is not the kind of service I have come to expect from Cisco. I truly feel as if Cisco has turned its back on the Academy. For the first time in 11 years, I am beginning to question my choice to be part of this setting. It hurts me to feel that way as I have long been a very proud proponent of Cisco and the Academy!

I hope you take the time to seriously look into the issues that have been plaguing our academies in this transfer to Netspace. We have worked through them as best as possible. Many have not complained because we were busily getting through them during finals. The end of the year is also a terrible time to make such changes. Might I suggest such changes occur over the summer when school and colleges are on break!
