Copy a quiz question within the same quiz (duplicate questions)
I made a quiz with questions that had the same choices for answers and it would have been nice to be able to copy and paste a question within a quiz and then make small but important changes. I could copy or move to a new quiz but not back to the same quiz. For example, I had several multiple choice questions with the answers Flash, ROM, RAM, NVRAM, etc. It would have been a time saver to duplicate questions.

I have an idea about the rubrics attached to an assignment
I created a rubric and attached it to an assignment. The rubric had 3 parts each worth 5 points. When I tagged it to an assignment I noticed that I could access the rubric and score it from within the speed grader. This was very cool. The only part I thought could be improved was that as I scored the rubric it could have been reflected in the score for the assignment. I instead had to add up my rubric and then enter the score manually into the grader. I still like the setup but it would be nice if…

total resutls
in the search results it says "showing 1 to 20". a total amount of results is usually after the items found to indicate that there are more pages of results. thanks for the "share idea" option.

Netspace requires too many clicks to do anything
I do not like the Netspace environment. To do anything requires too many clicks and too many open windows to get anything done. I have been struggling since switching over to the new environment because I have not had the time to learn how to use it. Also, our school district already has a service for email and class pages called e-chalk. I post all my cisco assignments on these class pages. I only need to use the gradebook part of netspace but I find it ****** to use than the old version. I don't want to have the practice…

Show tooltip before click so the tip can be read
There is a tootip with a long text that displays very briefly when I click "Add Existing" to add students to a course. Before I can read it, the screen changes to the search window. I have tried many things to be able to read it, but I haven't been able to yet. Please show this tip on mouseover, not on click. Otherwise it will never be readable.

Dear i can see chapter exams assessment viewer in my login but i dont have final exam assessment viewer so kindly guide me how i can view final assements of CCNA modules.

Give academy administrators greater access to user demographic information.
As addminisrators we must answer questions and solve problems. Having access to correct data makes the kob easier. In this specific case I could have saved and hour if I had access to the user screen names and the ability to reset passwords. Knowing that the user had logged in and created an account gives me information that I can use when they say thay had not logged in. Dates and time and access to user profile would help me do my job better and moer efficiently.

Hi Clifford,
There is a new Activation Tool located on your course home page. Click on the Activation Tool and go to Advanced Activation. You will then be able to choose the option of Student View Correct Answer. By default, this is selected. I hope this helps. -

In Managing Student Information: Instructors must be allowed to edit email field.
Some students mistakenly put in a wrong email address during course enrolment. As a result, they don't receive the invitation.
Instructors must be allowed to edit the email field so that we can resend the invitation to the correct email address.
1 voteHi Carlo, Due to legal concerns, we can only allow users to edit their own names and email addresses. However, as an instructor, if a student loses their password or forgets their username you can go to the course info page (click on the gear icon next to the course name) and in the student section, you can view the student’s user name and reset their password. Hope that helps.

Offline Version of the New Courses
I am from Pakistan in a country where most people earn less than $100, the offline versions of exploration & discovery helped my students a lot if you can create something similar it will be helpful in developing or under-developing countries

Search for Sweden and Instructor Training center and get Moscow in Russia
That in some way detect when the name of a country is entered as search term in the academy locator and only show results in this country.
I just searched for Sweden and Instructor training center and got with Wienna, Berlin and Moscow

show missing requirements for the course is closed, because it only hides the button "close this course" but I do not know which requirements are missing

By making the material for the IT essentail course downloadable
If we can make the material for the IT essentail course downloadable, it will help us in installing the material to the server directly istead of opening the site each time and browse the material at each ncomputer

Packet tracer PC with wireshark support
it can be more helpfull if with PC under packet tracer, we can use wireshark as a desktop application, like traffic generator.

Minimise the number of clicks to access resources
Remove the Load activity in new window button for assignments, activation & course material and load all content immediately into the current page.
