Chapter 9
Some explanation of Classful (A BC D) & Private addressing would be helpful. I supplemented my presentation as it wasn't in the curriculum. I think these concepts are key to understanding Classful vs Classless addressing.

Make the 'Get Certificates' link on Netspace actually work.
The 'Get Certificates' link on Netspace seems to currently just provide a list of non-qualifying students, in Excel format.
What most teachers actually need is a .PDF file with all the certificates valid for the current group (at current time) to be present. (Then students who qualify later could be individually requested, as needed).
The current system only seems to work for for individual students requested via the roll, and that is very tedious indeed (perhaps 40 individual requests for a group of 20 students, which takes ages to do ...).

That Quiz has been deleted
I clicked on "ITE 5.0 Chapter 1 Quiz". Suddenly a red message occured at the top of the screen (see attachment).
"That Quiz had been deleted", but I can do the quiz, so it has not been deleted.
Maybe I deleted it and loaded it again. I'm not sure. That confuses me.1 voteHi Eckert,

Allow us to edit the availability of exams after activation
Some of us like being able to set availability windows in the Canvas assignment for the exams. But, with a recent update, our ability to change this setting has been disabled.
Specifically, when editing the exam assignments, there is a message that tells us, "Some settings have been administratively locked." One of those settings is the assignment name (ITE 5.0 Chapter n Exam). When we try to edit the "Available From" or "Until" dates, we get an error message that says, "Name is required!" but the name is already there and we aren't allowed to edit it because it has…

Calendar error
When an test is deleted from the calendar it is not deleted as an assignment and it shows back up on the calendar!

Question: What does a client application select for a TCP or UDP source port number?
Answer: a random value in the range of the registered ports.This answer fits TCP but according to 7.2.3.4 UDP Client Processes - The UDP client process randomly selects a port number from the range of dynamic port numbers and uses this as the source port for the conversation.

Introduction to Networks Assignment Error Question 14
Question 14 - The answer given is wrong it says re 802.11 "Collisions can exist in the networks." It should be "They are collision-free networks.

Introduction to Networks 4.4.3.3 Graphic Error
The diagram "Characteristics" shows "Collisions exist" This Implies 802.11 is not collision free. There is a corresponding error in chapter exam Question 14 - The answer given is wrong it says re 802.11 "Collisions can exist in the networks."

Error in lint to image
In the Spanish version of ITE 5.0 currículum, there's an error lo the link of the image to iniciate chapter 0. The imaga don´t appear but link do.

Cannot get past Academy/Institution Information Profile page
When I logon to the Academy site, I am shown the Academy/Institution Information Profile page. No matter where I clock, I keep getting directed to this page. When I click submit, it tells me that I must enter the Timezone. I look for the Timezone field and the attached screenshot is all there is - there is no place to enter the Timezone.

En effet, j'ai commencer à enseigner ITE 5.0 en version Français. J'ai rencontré quelques difficultés avec la question 12 de l'examen du chapitre 2.Je vous prie de la revoir car il semblerais qu'une erreur s'est glissée dans le choix des bonnes réponses.

Packettracer 6.0.1 not running on Linux
I have installed packet tracer 6.0.1 on CentOS 6.4 but it cannot run after issuing the command packettracer on the CLI.

enroll button not working in French
When trying to add existing students using NetSpace in French, the button to actually enroll the student (after searching for him) does not appear. If I switch to English, the button appears. This seems to be related to a language issue in the environment.
