Letter of merit
To receive a letter of merit, a student must pass the final exam with at minimum 75% at first attempt. It means that if a student fails his 1st attempt, he will not be able to receive the letter.
However, if I unroll the student in a different class, the system does not retain/remember the student assessment history and so the letter can be requested upon passing the final exam in the nex class.

I have problems with trying to log into packet tracer on my MacBook 2012. When I click log in nothing shows up. I’ve already used my 3 guest saved so I desperately need to get in.

Problem

This error doesn´t permit some students to take assesment of the course UI-CCNA3-8vos-ABCD-TM-2019-2019, By example the case of Sivinta Almachi Luis Franklin luiguipl@hotmail.com; Guilcaso Riera Walter Fernando petacho87@hotmail.com; and other students.

Option to suspend the student from a class
We are facing many difficulties to manage the students who are not completing organizational prerequisites in the middle of the program (Ex. Attendance & participating to Lab sessions, etc).
Therefore, it is better to have a option to freeze or temporally suspend students until they complete the required tasks.

Fix resistance in ITEv6 question 1.1.1.4
The question states: There are 3.3V passing through an orange power supply cable, and there are 0.025 ohms of resistance in the orange wire. How much power is supplied to the orange wire by the power supply?
The instructor answer page states "P = V2/R = 3.3V X 3.3V/.25ohms = 43.56W." Following the question the answer should be 435.6 watts.
Fix the question to read .25 ohms versus .025 ohms.

when i watch de score/gradebook in a class, users are not seen by group. its not usefull

Making mandatory to learn the things every chapter .
The canvas should allowe student to take chapter exam only after completing all interactieve activities of the chapter.
Some more interactieve activities should be introduced to practice command in each chapter

Make assessment questions more closely reflect the chapter content.
For example: In CCNA2 R&S Chapter 3 Exam there's a question regarding using the RIP network. The chapter states the command enables RIP advertisements on interfaces that belong to the specified network. On the exam the answer is "it identifies the interfaces that belong to a specified network." Identifying a network is much different than enabling RIP to advertise across an interface. Each Cisco exam seemingly has at least one question where the answer does not match what the chapter content states.

We do value Curriculum and Assessment feedback and encourage instructors to contact the Support Desk directly to report these issues. Once an issue has been identified it is added to an Errata list posted to the course resources area in Cisco NetAcad.

Cybersecurity Essentials item addition
On 1.5.2.2 of Cybersecurity Essentials, you list the different student organizations that offer cybersecurity competitions. Business Professionals of America (BPA) also offers cybersecurity competitions. Consider adding BPA to your list, as many networking academies also participate in BPA.

Update the RSE Chapter 2 Practice Skills Assessment - PT
One of my students informed me that exam RSE Chapter 2 Practice Skills Assessment - PT contains questions that are covered only in Chapter 5 of CCNAR&S2, such as Port-security. I believe that the contents of this exam should be changed to match the topics that are covered until Chapter 2, or turn this exam to become a RSE Chapter 5 Practice Skills Assessment - PT.

a problem with the pratical assesment of CCNA3 of EIGRP
I am an instructor within the Setif academy and we have just finished our CCNA 3 at the IFP Bir Khadem in Algeria, I passed my CCNA3 practice test EIGRP but to my great surprise the score was 75% gold that my configuration was correct and the score was the same for my colleagues in the instructor class then we discovered with our instructor an alert on the internet that warned students who had to pass this exam that he had to temporarily uninstall their package trace and install version 7.0 to have a score of 100% and that's what…

"Filter IP Addresses" field in Quiz does not work
Hi!
Whatever I type in the "Filter IP addresses" field, students can not access the quiz.
This is a great feature to make sure that students are present, not taking the quiz from home; if only it worked
