Cannot get past Academy/Institution Information Profile page
When I logon to the Academy site, I am shown the Academy/Institution Information Profile page. No matter where I clock, I keep getting directed to this page. When I click submit, it tells me that I must enter the Timezone. I look for the Timezone field and the attached screenshot is all there is - there is no place to enter the Timezone.

Yes, I can click on Help. When I do, it gives me several options. Each one I click brings me back to the Academy/Institution Information Profile page. Can you forward this problem to Academy Support since I have no way to reach them via Web; otherwise can you give me the phone number for Academy Support so I can call them?
