  1. Please, make Academy Locator work

    Dear Developers,
    Please, make Academy Locator work. It's interface (definition of parameters for selection) and format of results provided are so inconvenient and unfriendly that instructors don't use it. We lost important instrument for daily work as well as for Cisco academy program positioning.

  2. Certificates for the Roles (e.g. Instructor) in the Cisco Academy

    It would be great to be able at any time for an user to request a certificate describing its different roles in the Academy (e.g. Instructor, NetAcad Contact) until that date, and respective periods of time during which they were accomplished.

  3. Make search with the academy locator intuitive and friendly

    Dear Sir
    please, improve search with the academy locator. No need to show distance to a nearest academy, please make it shows correctly academies in a country, city and options to order by academy name.

  4. Sorting of results provided by academy locator

    Dear Sir\Madam,
    please, provide possibility to sort results of academy locator: sorting by academy and and sorting by ID.
    Please, while listing show an academy name first, after an ID.

  7. Certificate download - primary or nominated instructor

    The bulk download for certificates/letters is useful but if there are multiple instructors attached to a course it would be useful to have the old 'primary' instructor role as the signatory on the certificates, or alternatively allow the instructor requesting the certificates to nominate the instructor name to appear on the certificates.

    At our institution the instructor downloading the certificates is often not the person who ran the classes and it doesn't make sense to have their name appear on the certificates.

  8. enrolling multiple students at once - ability to browse list of list of student

    Please make it possible to see a list of current existing students in our academy to select from when enrolling existing students. Much to tedious to search individually for each students and click "enroll" for each one.

  9. Locator Information

    In the Locator once you find an Academy there should only show on tab Offerings, that should have the Present (running Classes) and Upcoming with all start times and completions

  11. Return the ability for Instructors to be able to view all their own current qualifications in their profile

    The old website allowed Instructors (and students) to immediately view (and print-off) their qualifications as part of their online profile. This feature is used extensively for exemptions and RPLs at other institutions, and is difficult to access authoritatively in the Netspace system.

    Please allow this as either built-in to our settings, or as an option button to 'view current qualifications' (etc.).

  12. Set time duration for Batch Assignment settings

    It is not possible to set the time duration for Batch exam assessments, i.e. the time allowed to sit the exam.

    Two previous Ideas have requested this, but I believe have been misunderstood to mean the time limit in which to start the exam.

    I want to change my exam duration to give a time limit of 45 minutes to complete a chapter test - 1 hour is too long!

    After further checking, you are asking for the Exam Duration—the amount of time allowed to take the exam once the student presses start. Currently, you can change the duration for a single exam, but not for multiple exams simultaneously.
    I am putting your idea Under Review and hopefully this change will be implemented soon. I apologize for all of the confusion.

    I just tried duplicating this and changed my Activation Profile to 45 minutes and Batch activated a couple of assessments. When I did this, my 45 minute limit showed on the Advanced Activation. Please let me know if this what you were looking for.

  14. Easily transfer an entire class to another course

    With lots of students it is a hassle to search and add every student to the next course, also downloading CSV and uploading in next course seems more or less stupid as it shouldn't need to be that hard.

    I'd suggest the ability to select a class to search within in "Add Existing...". You could then list all students within a class and select "add all" or single students. This would make the progression from say CCNA 1 to CCNA 2 a lot less of a hassle.

  15. Bookmark curriculum page

    Hi, It would be nice to have a way to put a bookmark or note into the chapter on a per class bases. This way when you have multiple section you can keep track of where each section was in the chapter.

  18. Activation Tool

    Extra Functionality... Add exam length in the activation profile.

    Bug... Unchecking "Student view correct answer" in activation profile does not populate to actual activations.
