  1. Cisco Academy certification

    It would be interesting for Cisco Academies to be able to obtain a simple "certificate" acknowledging their Cisco Academy status. This "certificate" could be printed and displayed at their premises, and contain either a validity or an issue date.

  2. Add options to self-enroll creation page to approve or be notified

    On the self-enroll creation page add the follow notification options:

    1 - Ability to approve/deny enrollment (instructor receives email requesting enrollment)

    2 - Notification only (auto approved) (email to instructor or new enrollee)

    3 - No notification (just like it is now)

  3. Version Number and revised date on Labs

    If you could put version numbers and revision dates on labs in both the curriculum and resource area so that we know we have the latest one.

  4. Certificate for Instructor Class

    Instructor Class certificate must be different from student class.
    Means when some one completed instructor training in any academy course in their certificate it mentioned that he or she complete instructor training for particular course.

  6. Read the question prior to images in when using screen readers for accessibility

    During assessments students with screen readers hear an image description twice in a row, followed by the question. Detaching the image from the question will allow the students to flat review questions and images, so they can hear the question prior to the image, so they will know what they are listening for in the image description.

  7. Clarify NetAcad users' roles

    I would appreciate if a comprehensive document with all activities/tasks allowed to each role within NetyAcad could be provided. Something like a comparative table between contact, staff, success lead, asc academy specialist, instructor user roles and best practice/suggested use for this roles.

  8. Final exams logon period

    The ccna cyber ops finale exam has a maximum logon time of 365 days. Usually final exams have a maximum logon time of 7 days.
    Why this difference? Please align all assessments to a maximum logon time of 365 days which gives instructors great flexibility.

  11. Organize list of courses while creating a class

    When you want to open a new course you get a very very long and confusing list and sometime instructors do not know what is the difference between them... It's really easy to get lost now when we have so many courses.

  12. Make course listing by language

    There is no way to look for courses by language. It can really help instructors to see what courses are available in their language.

    Now they have to click on each course and only then they can see if their language is in the list.

  13. Improving Matching Engine.

    I think a search box should be added to improve the job's search in the citplatform.com.
    Also, there must be status of the applied jobs along with the option to close that applied job.

  15. Online Instructor Training / self remote training

    Is there any option available join the online instructor training ?

    as many of our team and client for asking the online instructor training and self pace course of instructor training

    it nice to join via remotely and participate any where in the world .

    i hope many of guys support this suggestion and make possible to add this valuable solution .

  16. Randomized exams

    Randomize questions from pool of questions or multiple forms are needed for each exam to stop students from memorizing exams posted on the internet.

    Thanks for the feedback.
    We do have these features and have ensured that summative exams, such as the final exams, have multiple forms and randomization. We do this on the quizzes as well. The quizzes are created and pulled from a pool of questions. The instructors can add to that pool or modify how many items are pulled.

    Recently, we had an assessment pilot program in CCNA ITN where all of the forms had dynamic sections. As new courses are rolled out, we will work to deploy more of those features. In the meantime, we encourage instructors to create new and engaging questions through the Quiz tool to help mitigate cheating in the classroom.

  17. Add more Skills assessments to the CCNA courses

    Would it be posible to have more than one Skills Assessment?
    They seem to leak to the Internet...
    However, if there were 3 or 4 skills assessments per course - it would be a lot harder to brain dump the skills assessment.

    Certificates of completion to have the date of completion anytime it is printed and not the current date of printing.

  19. Allow multiple selection when deleting students from a course

    When we click on "Course details" and enter the students' list, we can only delete students one by one. Please, allow a multiple selection optin, as well as a "select all" option.
