Default Cache Config Error
When saving a graded assignment I occasionally get an error that says, "Default cache config could not be found. It should have already been created by now." When this happens the browser screen gets hung up and I have to refresh the screen to get out of it. A screen shot of the error is attached.

Default Activation for all students
It would be great if we could set a default activation windows/settings that would apply to all students in the course, including ones that joined the class after the activation settings were set.
1 voteReferred to Helpdesk · AdminSandra Ray (Customer Support Director, or Executive, Cisco Networking Academy) respondedThank you for posting to Share Idea. Instructors do have the ability to set up an activation profile for their course. Please see the FAQ link: https://www.netacad.com/portal/faq-page/activatedeactivate-exams#t112n4451
Note: If you add students to a class after you have created activations, you will have to create new activations for these students.

Correction to ENSA curriculum
I believe there may be an out-of-date statement in the ENSA curriculum, section 2.2.12. It states "Note: At the time of this writing, Packet Tracer does not support the ip ospf network point-to-point command on Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. However, it is supported on Loopback interfaces."
I tried this in packet tracer 7.3.1 and 8.0.0 and it seems to work just fine on the gigabit interfaces, at least on the ISR4321

Hoje eu estava ministrando o treinamento do CCNA1, em português e me deparei com partes do texto não traduzida.

joint communication channel for non cisco courses on the netacad platform
I am currently experiencing a problem where i contacted Netacad for an issue with the CCSK software and they referred me to CCSK developers. I've contacted them and they say the issue is with Netacad. For any courses like this, it would be great to have a team of at least 2 people that jointly addresses issues like these.
1 voteReferred to Helpdesk · AdminSandra Ray (Customer Support Director, or Executive, Cisco Networking Academy) respondedI apologize for the difficulties you have experienced with this course. Our platform team is still working on this issue with the CCSK team. I did find your case with the Support Desk is still open and have asked for them to follow up with you again.

Error: Missing Curriculum Network Essentials
Commands for router interfaces are not developed in the Curriculum yet students are expected to do Packet Tracer 19.4.4 which requires a student to configure the router interfaces.
Please fix as soon as possible - this is an error.

Require Username for Profile
The new Packet Tracer files do not require students to enter a username at the beginning for the User Profile. Requiring students to enter a username is how instructors verify students are sharing Packet Tracer files to cheat. Please update the new Packet Tracer files to require a username. An example of one that does not require a username is ITN 2.9.1.

Unlock Student Accounts
Instructors should have an easier method to unlock student accounts. I teach HS students who constantly forget their passwords, when their accounts are locked for 30 minutes and they need to log in and take an exam it cuts the time for the exam down way too much for them. It really can't be that hard to add an "unlock account" button for us.
1 voteReferred to Helpdesk · AdminSandra Ray (Customer Support Director, or Executive, Cisco Networking Academy) respondedThank you for posting to Share Idea. We are not able to implement this suggestion. If your students need to get in to take an exam and their account is locked, please contact the Support Desk.

Update grade of 0 with current grade
I replace missing assignments with a zero. When the students make up that assignment or quiz, their grade in the gradebook is not updated since it's marked as override.
1 voteReferred to Helpdesk · AdminSandra Ray (Customer Support Director, or Executive, Cisco Networking Academy) respondedThank you for posting to Share Idea. You can have zeros automatically added for assignments until a score is added. Please follow the steps in the FAQ titled "How can I treat ungraded assignments as zero (0) in the grade book?".

Merge users
sometimes students have previous netacad id with other email. We need to merge those emails, or allow several emails in an account.
1 voteReferred to Helpdesk · AdminSandra Ray (Customer Support Director, or Executive, Cisco Networking Academy) respondedThank you for posting to Share Idea. We do not have the ability to merge accounts. Students and Instructors can change the email address for a student account. Instructors can do this from their Course Details page and Students can do this from their profile page.

Stop shuffling topics from version to version of CCNA
The curriculum is really good. Refine and improve what you have instead of totally re-inventing the curriculum.
Each time you do that some of the labs get messed up. Parts of topics get missed. Students are assessed on things that haven't been covered in the previous modules.
Prime example is The Introduction to Networks v7 Packet tracer lab 10.4.3 Basic Device Configuration. IT DOESN'T WORK!.
There are things in the lab the curriculum hasn't covered yet.
The Isomorph topology doesn't grade properly. The Instructions don't include any addressing help in the address table. It is a mess.
It isn't just…
3 votesReferred to Helpdesk · AdminSandra Ray (Customer Support Director, or Executive, Cisco Networking Academy) respondedThank you for the feedback. I have created a case for you with Support. We will need some additional information in order to work on fixing the labs, please respond to their email.

Practice class and teachers in the classroom.
CCNA 1 and 2 are not give us practice skills. Packet Tracer is not the real world. The students have no idea how to setup the rooter, switch and other devices. The teachers don't know how to teach and they do what they want. There are not any control on teachers. How do students learn to install a network if the teachers almost are sitting on their chairs in business and watching football on laptop? After I finished CCNA 1 and 2 my network skills are nothing. Sometimes I think that Cisco has no idea about the real academy world.
