Localization Netspace User Interface in Ukrainian
I am project manager of Ukrainian translator team in Lingotek. We are already translated ITE in Ukrainian. Now want to see Ukrainian User Interface in NetSpace. What we must to do for implementation of this idea?

Allow Random Packet Tracer Scenarios to be saved!
Please allow the Packet Tracers that randomly generate a subnet scenario to remain the same scenario once they are save to a local disk drive. My students sometime require more than on 50 minute class period to complete a VLSM subnetting Packet Tracer activity. Very frustrating when they open their file the next day and its all new information.

using old netspace academy interactive map
i can't find the old interactive map of cisco academies
it is a pratical tool to locate academies and to compare academies
can some one help?i propose to reintegrate this tool in the new academy web site portal like share idea tool as a pane on the right side of the pages

put a side bar or tag that will always be there, So I don't need to go back to go to a different place
2 votesConnie, in the course home environment you will have the left hand column links to click on as you navigate throughout the site and also toward the top of the page you will see the ‘home’ icon with the links next it showing the previous pages so that you can click on those links if you have to go back a page or two. -NetAcad Support

Institution Student ID
When we download cvs file , System do not provide the Institution Student ID ,
Kindly if this provide will be easy to trace and work in our database.
Further if there is any Student Management System Integrated with Cisco Academy guide for that.1 voteSaeed, if the ‘Institution Student ID’ is not showing up then it was not entered in when the accounts were originally created. I was able to test this with an account that had a value entered for that field when created and one that did not and it did appear in the CSV download. -NetAcad Support

allow one open session for students
to prevent fraud in skills, I think it is absolutely necessary to allow one and only one access per student.
1 voteMohammed, students will only be able to have one Cisco NetSpace account per email address. If they have multiple accounts it is because their instructor used a different email address when what is listed on their existing account. -NetAcad Support

Allow instructors to enroll themselves in courses they are not qualified to teach
I'm studying for CCNA Security and would like to use the curriculum. Since I cannot teach the course (of course) I also can't enroll myself in the course. We should be able to enroll ourselves in any course that we want to study for - why is there this obstacle to improving my knowledge and skills?
3 votesTim, Instructors can only create and enroll students into courses they have completed the instructor training for, which also applies when enrolling yourself. If you wish to enroll into a student course you have not yet completed training for then you will need to contact the Instructor/Administrator at the academy who has completed that training so that they can enroll you. Please also note that you will be able to enroll into the “Networking Academy Course Previews for Instructors” > NetSpace Home > Offerings > IT Essentials > Networking Academy Course Previews for Instructors. -NetAcad Support

New Dashboard for ASC's
I have looked at the new ASC dashboard. I wanted to look at ITC instructor classes. There isn't an scrolling tool for Instructor training. Have I missed something?

Thank you for the information. At this time the ASC dashboards were created to help with the relationships between the ASCs and the CAs. The ability to locate ITC courses through this dashboard will not be added.

Linux Chapter Testing
Can we have testing like we do in Cisco Course work where we can assign testing and open tests up for individuals. The current way tests are opened and closed is clunky and really hard to know if the Chapter exam is open or closed especially when the test is assigned for a future date.

Issues in Linux Testing
Please take a look at the attachment, the testing in Chrome and Firefox is an issue.
The students can only see the question and not the answer is very difficult to complete the exams.

Make Packet Tracer easier to find/download
Packet Tracer used to have an easy link to follow to download. Now you need a PHD in navigating Cisco Netacad to find it. It takes at least 5 links to get to it, and one is never sure if the path they are following is the right one. All links should be clear and no more than 3 clicks to access.
1 voteRoss, the enhancement team has tried to provide different options from where Packet Tracer can be downloaded so it is not only in one place. Students can access it from the course home page by clicking on ‘Student Resources’ or from the ‘NetSpace Home’ page by clicking on ‘Offerings > All Resources > Packet Tracer’. -NetAcad Support

Tagging interesting threads in the forums
It can be hard to later find a thread that you were particularly interested in at the time. If there was a way to tag (or mark) a thread, or even an individual message in a thread, in such a way as that you could easily find it again, I think it would be very useful.

Allow instructors to disable packet tracer in assignments
Whilst Packet tracer is a great learning aid. Packet tracer is proving a huge issue to many colleges when it comes to the continuous update cycles and java update requirements. When you add to that the challenge of getting ASDM and SDM to coexist with their Java foibles, it seams we are having to get our IT support team to update and reimage PCs in our Cisco classrooms almost daily.

Disable Canvas Email
Student's are using the email system in Canvas to email completed exams, both theory and practical, to themselves, then accessing that information during exams. I've disabled inter-student email exchange, however, it does not prevent student's from emailing themselves.
We've created a testing environment which utilizes the Windows Kiosk mode and prevents student's from accessing Internet resources, during exams, however, we need a way to completely disable email. This is a CRITICAL need.
This technique, combined with with the completed exams and instructors manuals available on the Internet are allowing cheating student's to make a mockery of the whole Cisco exam…

Provide Netspace APIs to Academies
If we can get the Application Programming Interface (API) we can use them to integrate internal systems in academies such as academy alumni, local researches (educational game access) institute management system (authenticate with local LDAP for wifi access) and many more local specialize activities without having many user accounts and passwords.never the less we can develop the next generation education platforms as well with the support of various supportive sources in all around the world.
