NetSpace Home links
you allways have to select NetSpace Home in top bar. when you click on the Cisco Networking Academy (just right of Cisco Logo) you would not get there. You will land somewhere else. This is misleading

Ability to keep highest grade
It would be nice to have the option to keep the highest grade for an assessment instead of the last one.

Link Calendar to show Exam activations
The Calendar is a nice addition to Netspace, but there are several issues with it.
Very often, the Edit & Delete buttons are missing from a "Due Chapter n exam". Only "Full Details" is present.
The Calendar does not necessarily reflect the date and time a chapter exam is set - there is no feed-forward or back between the Calendar and the Activation screens. Very misleading!
There appears to be no simple way of determining when and which chapter exams are active. This should surely be available as a list and also shown on the Calendar.

With the Activation Tool, you now have the ability to view your activations in one place and batch activate your chapter exams. At this time, we are not planning to link the calendar in the classroom to exam activations.

Switch to Student View should be easier.
In blackboard there is a switch that is always visible on screen in the upper right portion of the screen called "Edit Mode is :" then on/off. Switching between Instructor view and Student view is cumbersome in NetSpace. I am attaching an image of a BlackBoard course I teach.

Duplicate Assignment Names
Instructors should not be able to create assignments or quizzes with the same name. Please see attached image showing that I was able to create two Assignment 1 in the same course.

Comment box Popup
It would be great to see the comment box to popup when changing an assignment or quiz grade. This way instructors don't have to manually click on the comment blue link in the corner. Actually, I belive it should be made mandetory for instructors to enter a comment for audit trail purposes.

User Management is not under user managmenet
right now, you have to actually 'manage users' from a little tiny gear icon on the main page that lists all the classes.
however, IN the class itself there is a manage users function, that is essentially useless, and offers no user management, except some links to click on that do not allow any type of 'management'.
please move the manage users function into the manage users section.

Multi-seat tokens (among others)
Please consider adding a multi-seat token that may be used by all the members of the class present in the laboratory. Of course, number of instances should be limited to avoid further activations outside the class. It is not really efficient to provide each student with individual token...
In the old system, instructors were provided with students usernames (via gradebook, for instance) - at present, when a students forgets his username, his/hers account seems to be lost.
While adding users, please consider displaying generated passwords until user logs in and changes a temporary one (by "resend invitation"? It helps when…

Activate backward exam in students block
if somebody student not give the exam in the schedule, then re - activate one by one.
1 voteAndres, you can set up an activation for one student by selecting “Create Advanced Activation” then click on “Students” in the gray bar and select which student(s) you want to create the activation for. You can also manage your activations by selecting “Manage Activations.”

Fix gradebook to correctly export letter grades into .csv file
I created an assignment named Letter Grade with settings:
Graded by: Letter Grade
Submissions: No submission
This allows me to record a letter grade for the student in the Gradebook.Unfortunately when exported to .csv all the letter grades are 0.

Allow Grade Weighting of the PT Practice SBA
I am often a mobile trainer without real equipment and need to access the students with Packet Tracer. In the Net Academy Connection, I could weight the Practice SBA and use it to formulate the final grade

Include a link to all 4 semesters that can be accessed by instructors and students, PLEASE!
In Academy Connection, I was able to access all 4 semesters of discovery or exploration using the Course Materials link on the right side of the page. I used this frequently and my students did too. I would really like to see that feature in Net Space as I often use materials from all 4 semesters when teaching a particular subject area.

Create a single, easy to find link to find and download Packet Tracer
Packet Tracer has become an integral part of the curriculum, yet it is an adventure to find the download link for the program.

Bring back the multiple submission capability!
My students let me know they are no longer able to submit multiple files to an assignment unless they do it all at once. If they try to submit again, it replaces the original. It would be great if they could add files at different times, as I have them do different things for the same assignment, and it is easier for them if they can spread them out.

Navigation Bar under Logo
When I mouseover any of the buttons in the navigation bar under the logo, the button changes color to indicate I am over it. However, it is only a link when your mouse is over the text in the button.
The ENTIRE BUTTON should be a link in this case.

Safeguard Accidental deletion of user from academy
I was going to remove a user from my accademy and when I selected him and pressed "Delete", it just deleted him without warning. Very bad if someone accidentally selected the wrong student. A Popup confirmation should be added.
