Fix gradebook to correctly export letter grades into .csv file
I created an assignment named Letter Grade with settings:
Graded by: Letter Grade
Submissions: No submission
This allows me to record a letter grade for the student in the Gradebook.
Unfortunately when exported to .csv all the letter grades are 0.
