Clear organisation of courses
Hello, it would be great, if in Netspace Home courses could be sorted and organized by Primary and next role of instructor, and then by individual courses - Expl. 1, 2,...
If I have there many courses, it is very confused.

There is no role for primary and secondary instructor. Courses now separate the concluded courses to clean up the active course list. If you still want more organization change for the courses, please provide more details. Tell exactly which pages need to be changed.

Make it easier to enroll instructor in classes
An ITC should be able to enroll any instructor having an account in Netspace, regardless of their academy, without having to share users from other academies. As an administrator, I have no wish to add users to my ITC user list. The chance of mistake or account duplication is great as it is now impossible to search the tree for user/instructor accounts from other academies. The search engine in the enrollment process should be able to locate any instructor that has an account in Netspace. It takes forever to get or find the info. Too much steps involved.

Thank you again for your suggestion. At this time, there aren’t any plans to change the enrollment process for instructors but I have passed this on and it is noted. -
function to activate multiple chapter test
i'd like to suggest that system have the function to activate multiple chapter test at time like prev systems.

Creating a new class
When creating a new class, the system must provide a list of students allowed to enroll if the class is not CCNA1 (First module CCNA). Otherwise, it is assumed that the class that creates it is a class CCNA1 and anyone can be enrolled.

Enable the Student to download their own certificates and letters
How can student download their own cert or letters via this netspace?

Discontinue an Academy
Give the ASC the capability to discontinue one of its Academies in the case it does not renew the bilateral agreement (ASC-Academy).
In this moment in seems an Academy can continue with its normal operations even if the ASC deletes the relationship.1 vote -
study guides/answer keys
I would like to see the study guides/answer keys from the old system added to NetSpace.
In Netacad they were listed under Instructor Class Home page specifically under "Plan" These were very helpful.

Moving students between courses in Netspace
I need to un-enroll students in Netspace courses from day classes and enroll them to night classes, due to changes in their their work situations.
In Cisco.Netacad.net there was an option to do this but not in Netspace. Please implement this.2 votes -
Activate Chapter test link back to Chapter tests page
After activating a chapter test you can not easily get back to the chapter tests should you want to activate another test. At present the only way I can see is to use the back button. Can we have a link back to the chapter tests - this would be one click instead of many and if you are activating multpile chapters takes a while.
Maybe we can have the facility to activate multiple chapters at a time.

Printing Certificates eventhough the requirements are not met
Instructors and Students are allowed to print Certificates if they Fail the class or do not meet any of the requirements to complete the class.

The links for “Get Certificate” or “Get Letter” show on a student’s profile page regardless if they have completed the requirements for the course. If student a student clicks on the link and hasn’t met the requirements or been marked Complete by the instructor, they will get an error message that says, “Your instructor has not yet completed you in this course. Please try again later after you have completed the course.”
If students are marked Complete in the course by the instructor, they will be able to print their Certificate of Completion. The only way they will be able to print the Letter of Merit is if they score 75% or more on the Final Exam.

Je viens de constater que les apprenants ont la possibilité de modifier leurs scores dans Netspace à partire de la rubrique "Notes" ou "Grade".
L'image ci-dessous est une illustration, je suis inscris dans cette classe comme étudiant et ma vue me donne la possibilité de modifier mes notes.
Prière de nous confirmer si cette option est activée expressement ou pas.

1 voteHi! This is available to the students so they have an option to see what their grade would be if they score a certain number on the test. It is called the “What If” score. This does not change their score in the instructor’s grade book. Thank you!

When you go to enroll students, click on Add Existing and type in part or all of the student’s name. Click on the student you are looking for. I hope this helps. Thank you! -

Give the students an extension on the 640-802 exam
Bridge courses - how will a student who is currently enrolled in a CCNA 2 class learn the new material for CCNA 1 and 2 and 3 since the 3rd class will probably not be taught until 2014?

4 votesIn the past, we have been able to negotiate an extension of certification exams for NetAcad students. Unfortunately, due to American National Standards Institute (ANSI) requirements, Cisco must now set the same certification end-of-life date for everyone, including Cisco® Academies.
We recognize and understand the impact of the old CCNA certification exam EOL and the phased release of the new NetAcad CCNA R&S courses on the instructors and students. We will be collaborating with the ASC/ITC to address, communicate and execute the plan to support both instructors and students during this difficult transition in the next couple of months.
