An ITC should be able to enroll any instructor having an account in Netspace, regardless of their academy, without having to share users from other academies. As an administrator, I have no wish to add users to my ITC user list. The chance of mistake or account duplication is great as it is now impossible to search the tree for user/instructor accounts from other academies. The search engine in the enrollment process should be able to locate any instructor that has an account in Netspace. It takes forever to get or find the info. Too much steps involved.
