Have an e-mail sent when I get a message
Please have the website send me an e-mail when I get a message. The Inbox is so obscure to see that even when I log into the website, it is very difficult to see the message indicator.

eagleserver
It would be a good idea to cross reference the labs to the eagle server environment. I see that many/most of the labs are well suited to the eagle server environment, so best to insert an indication into the labs (or at least provide a compatibility list) for instructor use. For our lab, we have a complete environment set up that uses eagle server so we will be continuing to use it (it can accommodate 35-40 students same time). Yes, we also use PT.

The Eagle server is not supported in the new CCNA R&S curriculum. Please share your insights with using the Eagle server environment with your colleagues in the CCNA community (available by clicking on Communities from the NetSpace home page).

Transfer students from one class to another is not available in Netspace
When a student changes from a day class to evening class, work related reasons, it is not possible to unenroll the student from day class and re-enrol student to eveming class. In the previous system this can be done easily.

There is a new way to enroll students to subsequent courses. Maybe this will help when moving your students to different courses. Please view the NEW Enroll Students tutorial. This is available from the NetSpace home page, click on Program, then NetSpace tutorials.

Instructor Course Guides not available in NetSpace
In Academy Connection there was a link to the ICGs. Creating one in NetSpace will be very useful for instructors to view the 'How to Teach' section.

Improve the function of the 'Courses' drop-down menu in Grades
The 'Courses' drop-down menu that I use from Gradebook often seems to ignore the course that I have selected by clicking and instead proceeds with the operation underneath on the original screen. No doubt this is a manual dexterity issue of mine, but it should not come to this if the ergonomics were better designed. If I am having trouble then for sure many people with various disabilities will be doing worse.

Be able to activate all assessments as the same time. Just like the old Netacad assessements
Have a single link that can activate all assessments at once just like the old netacad site.

Voucher Delay is Painful
Hi early this year my students had to wait 3 weeks for their certification exam voucher. This was quite frustrating since we expected we could still receive the voucher immediately upon request as in NetAcad. I advise my students to take the Certification exam within 2 weeks of completing the course so that the course is fresh in their minds. The Help Chat advised me the system was changing due to issues with people getting vouchers by fraud.

Disable right-click and Ctrl key in chapter exams
Even though most exams are proctored by instructors, some exams like practice final or pretest in the new curricula are done at home.
There are times when students have copied the question and emailed it to their instructor for explanation or clarification.
I believe it would be a better idea to disable right-click and the use of keyboard to copy questions in order to avoid dissemination of questions among students or social networking websites.7 votesHello,

La nota no promedia examenes que no se dan
La nota no promedia los examenes que no se dan, es decir si un estudiante solo da un examen y el resto no lo da, la nota final es igual a la nota de ese único examen.
En la imagen adjunta, el estudiante solo dio el primer examen, y el resto no los dió sin embargo la nota ponderada para esa actividad es igual a la primera nota, y lo mismo ocurre con la nota final

When replying to a message in your inbox, your answer obscures the question.
When you type in a reply to a question in your inbox, the answer you type grows in size and then obscures the original question! This makes it impossible to refer back.

Students should be able to retake assessments without instructor approval
I am not sure why CISCO changed so many things that were beneficial, but I am spending A LOT more time dealing with administrative nonsense, such as having to approve retake of chapter assessments, and not being able to create more than one final activation at a time - I am all over new platforms - but making radical changes is NEVER advisable.

Implement student test version tracking
My idea would be to implement student test tracking to record which versions of a final exam that a student has taken. As part of our curriculum, students who fail an exam for a certain module are allowed to retest for that same module. I would like for there to be an option to where we can keep track of which version of an exam a student has taken so we can ensure that we don't give them the same version of an exam when they retest.

Track the new academy process
I think that for ASC would be very helpful a system to track all the process of new academies. Right now its not poosible and produces a lot of misunderstanding between ASC and new academies. Indeed, we cannot awnser to all its questions about application dates.
