Allow all students to be shown in single page on "Enrolled Students List"
Some institutions will have large class sizes. It would be nice to have them all show up in a single page.

Allow assessments to be run in the Respondus LockDown Browser
The LockDown browser really does a fantastic job of cutting down on cheating during exams. It completely locks the user into the browser; Alt-Tab doesn't work, Ctrl-Shft-Del doesn't work.
Canvas has the capability of using this feature, but it is not enabled in NetSpace.
It would be very nice to have, at least for custom quizzes.
118 votesThank you for the suggestion to use the Respondus Lockdown browser. We’re very concerned about student cheating and continue to pursue multiple strategies to minimize the impact. After careful analysis and consideration, we have concluded that this technology does not address the issue sufficiently to justify the cost of implementation. We have therefore decided not to implement that feature at this time for the NetAcad program. Hi Luc,
You will have to deactivate the assessment in Manage Activations (Activation Tool) and then reactivate the exam.

An option to automatically disable all the assignments & extend overlaped exams
Something that I think it would be very usefull is a option to automatically disable all the assignments which are activated for the students. Even with the Activation Tools (tool that I love, thank you :D ), to disable 10 ou 11 assignments is a painfull job. I think this option would improve our use of the new plataform and most of the instructor would love this (words of a instructor too!)
Another thing is the Assignments overlap. Imagine if when you are going to activate an assignment there is one which is already up. What do you do? You…

"Enroll Previous" - under student enrollment would it be possible to see a list of those who are "current" or alumni

Lab files in word document format
There was more room to respond in open response format. I could reduce printing of labs to 1 or 2 pages for correction. Is there a way to get the new labs in a word document format?

Hi Dan,
In order to delete a class, you need to go into your course home page, click on settings and there is an option on the right to Permanently Delete this Course. I hope this helps!

Search tool
There is au search tool, but it want 3 caracters minimum for performing the search. I suggest that :
1) the tools show all academy student by default.
2) the search tools permit to limit the scope to only somes ot them2 votes -

collapsible undated events
Currently to assign due dates to undated event, you would go to the calendar and drag an exam from the right hand side to the date that its due. But my list of undated event is so long (due to multiple courses) that I have to drag and wait and wait until it scrolls all the way up the calendar to assign a due date. I have to due this for each item that is due. If each course undated event was collapsible and expansible, this would be much more manageable.

Student view of wrong questions in an assessment
Students frequently ask me how they can see the questions they got wrong in an assessment along with the feedback for the correct answer. This is not available on the Cisco tutorial page and it is not a part of the Student Quick Start document. I would suggest it be included in the Student Quick start.

Remove old class identifiers in messages
When I received messages from NETSPACE/Canvas, the heading has the last class a student has been in and the current a student is in. For example:
John Doe (CCNA2: 2013-04 and CCNA3: 2013-07) just sent you a message in Canvas:
Please have the previous class removed - it makes it hard to tell which class the student is in.

Custom course for Linux
I would like to grade my students that attend to our internal course of Linux, thus It would be great to create a dummy empty course in which i can create my custom assessments.

All courses include assessments as part of the core curriculum. I believe you can go to Canvas and create a small one from there. The website is www.instructure.com and click on Try Canvas. Thank you. -

Your posters (.PDF') are only the bottom left corner. The first poster is ok, but the rest don't fully display the whole poster. Can you upload the images again.
