Customize summary chapter exams
It would be an interesting possibility to be able to generate a new summary chapter exam from a random selection of existing chapter exams thus taking benefit form the online assessment system!

Middle name column should be included in the NetSpace Profile !!
Students kept complaining the Middlename column should be included in their NetSpace Profile, particularly so as to ensure, they dont have to keep including their Middlename in the Firstname column and falsefully made to accept/believe their Firstname is now their "Firstname + Middlename".
Some just omit their middlename and end up not having their fullnames listed on their Results and certificates.
Its been really worrisome and a lot of concern for students. As some of them just end confusing their names for each other.
Please help, this has really been a long standing problem.

A R&S Intro to Net media problem
In R&S Introduction to Networks (Simplified Chinese, v5.02) course textbook downloaded from Netspace,
in the 1.4.1.1 media folder, 123.mp4 is a pop music video,
not the same with the words in the text:
"video in Figure 2 shows some guess of Cisco for the future progress".
Is that wrong?
I know in the textbook the video is in fact a Youtube video link,
but I think the video file in the media folder should be correct, right?And I think as there are already media folder and media files in the course textbook downloaded,

In "Manage Activations" view, instructor able to see the dates of the current activation.
I would like to be able to see when currently active assessments started and will end when I am in the Manage Activations view.

Can I as instructor request certificates about completing CCNA course in english if students study course in russian? Now i can download certificates in russian just. But we have students from different countries, arabian for example. They want to study in russian, but they need certificates in english.

Give an option for edit for making correction in namel; if there any name error it will be easy to edit and modify.

Due to legal concerns we can only allow users to edit their own names and email addresses. However, as an instructor if a student loses their password or forgets their username you can go to the course info page (click on the gear icon next to the course name) and in the student section view the student’s user name and reset their password.

It think Cisco should create an IPv6 course that should have on it,Basic Ipv6,Routing,Switching and WAN technology concept

Popup Reminder to instructor to deactivate exams before deleting a student from a class
Remind instructors to deactivate all activations for a student before deleting this student.

CCNA-S Grade Book
I would like the CCNA-S course Grade Book default to the Weighted score. As I understand it, the Grade Book now defaults to the Binary score. A check box providing the option would be the best solution.

Thank you for your suggestion. The enhancement team has tried to make it possible to give different options for requesting the certificates and letters. Currently Students will be able to access these from their profile page and Instructors will be able to do this for their Students from the Course Management page. – NetAcad Support

Restrict student enrollments in different order than CCNA R&S Course 1, Course 2, Course 3 and Course 4
Currently, the Cisco NetAcad platform don't have any restrictions in this regard and it is possible for a student to be enrolled in class CCNA R&S course 4, to request and receive voucher for certification without the study courses 1, 2 and 3.

Thank you for your feedback. This can be enforced by your local academy, but NetAcad will not be altered because some students have the experience and prior knowledge.

I need to create a new offering for IT Essentials
I am attempting to close last year's offering of a course, so that I may reuse IT Essentials course this semester. I'm having a difficult time "resetting" the course to keep module and assignment materials, but delete the old class roster.

Sample PTSA to fully test Assessment Environment
I think it would be helpful for there to be a sample PTSA that was easy to set up and launch. This would help us fully test the assessment environment and know that the PTSA would launch. Much time can be lost troubleshooting right before the test even when Java is updated and the environment checker is used.

A quick way to send a message to ALL my CCNA classes, instead of sending the same message to each class.
I often have a message like " please note, the classes next week are postponed". I have to send this to each class I have. I would like a feature to select all the classes in one go and send just one message to them all.

Add version control to Lab documents.
It would be helpful to have some kind of version control on the actual lab documents. There is a date of upload in the resources area next to the link, but once the documents have been downloaded, there is no way to know which one is being worked with. I print the instructor lab manuals in color so re-downloading and printing again is not an option.

Permanently delete this course... from OUTSIDE the course!
It's not easy to remember, because misplaced, the way to remove a course one can create for test purposes. As Create a Course is done in the Home, the same should be available for deleting it (i.e. right click on the course, or similar...). Today the function is from inside the Settings of the Course... crazy!
