  2. Add a full city DB to fill-in the academy institution profile

    When I fill-in the city filed in the institution profile can see many cities in my Region are missing. Is it too difficult to load a full city DB?

    As an example, Italy --> Region/Province: Puglia --> Missing city: Altamura, Gravina in Puglia

  3. Academy Locator

    Dear Team,
    While entering Lebanon at the Academy Locator, all Academies in Israel appears on the system. I was shocked when I saw the list a minute ago.

    Kindly do the appropriate to clear this issue.

  4. Fix Lab

    The Lab of Module I, Networking basic, Activity 1.4.5 , Chapter 1, the URL Show in the activity (www.sans.org), dont have the option Top 20 List.At not exist this top 20 List, the CSV of one of 20 List choice , dont founded for make the Lab.

    Del curaso de Curso de CCNA3, asigne y active el examen final y el de evaluación al curso, pero cuando los alumnos tratan de realizarlo, si les aparece en la página principal de cisco, pero cuando entran a la opción para realizarlo se pierde la liga; por lo tanto no pueden realizarlo.

  9. Bring back the old system!

    I have been using this new system for 4 months. Its clunky and studet resources are not always downloading for students. For some reason when they click on download nothing happens.
    The old system was much better. My idea is to bring back Netacad.net!!!

  11. error - can't generate certificates, can't find "Helpdesk"

    in all courses can't generate certificates, "you have not completed the student in this course", in historical courses too. Students 100% completed in grade books. By example https://1367347.netacad.com/courses/19880
    "Contact Support
    Get assistance with time-sensitive issues." is redirected to https://www.netacad.com/group/landing/ I cant find "Helpdesk".

    Hi Zdenek,
    Once logged into NetSpace, the Help link is located in the gray area at the top right of the NetSpace home page. Click on Contact Support then Live Chat. If there is a problem with Chrome, maybe try Firefox or IE. Please let me know if you are still having issues getting to the Helpdesk. Thank you!

  14. The Mouse gets stuck when moving the divider between the Text and the graphic

    Keep the Text Area one size .... BUT, Allow for INCREASING the font size, ZOOM... Many students may NEED this feature...

    Why 4 clicks to Get to EVERYTHING...

    NO Progress Bar at the bottom... having the Labs/pages expandable in a separate column is a waste of space

    I am not sure if this the proper venue but nowhere to go, I can not anymore create an ITE class, for no more Academy/Institution to select.

    Badly need help on this one.

  18. There is no action buttons in my CCNA Ver 3.1 Cources.

    I can not print certificates and letters because I miss the action button. In all other courses I have this button.

  19. Give academy administers access to all courses

    In the Academy Connection I was able to access all gradebooks and rosters so that I could reset a student password or clean up an instructors gradebook. All of my instructors are part-time so I am constantly having to access their courses for one thing, or another.

  20. Import function doesn't work correctly

    I did use the export function of a course to import the assignements settings into an other course (Settings - export/import)
    After the import there were dublicate entries in the Assignements
    The old entries with content (e.g. Chapter Exam with all Chapters) and the new entries with no content (only the percentage).
    Thinking of deleting the old items will import the new items correctly.
    But, how awful the items were not imported and the entries in the gradebook were deleted.
    Do you have any solution?
