Remove Chapter Exam from course
I would like to be able to remove the Cisco Chapter Exams from a course and use my own exams. I would be happy if i could even remove them from the gradebook. Currently, students see the built in exams in their gradebook, even though I do not use them. This causes some confusion.

Allow deletion of comments in the ASC profile page.
When creating the profile for my ASC, I inadvertently started registering information in a comment box. I later realized my mistake and created the profile in the proper section. Unfortunately, the initial comment created can't be deleted now. It would be good to allow the owner deletion of comments in this section.

Your comment has been removed. We can remove any comments that are offensive or “accidental” but the comments are there for academies to provide public feedback about ASCs and ITCs and the services and training that they offer. For this feedback to remain valid, we can’t allow ASCs or ITCs to manipulate the responses.

Display current month's calendar for start date when creating a class
When creating a course in NetSpace you can click on the calendar to select a start date. For some reason it always comes up with the next month's calendar and not the current months. Is it possible to change this so the current month comes up for the Start Date?

Test Bank for Exam integrity
You need to develop a bank of 50 questions per chapter. Pull 10 of those questions for quiz. 20 of those questions for Chapter exam and then use 5 from each Chapter on the final.
You add or replace one question in each chapter every 3 or 4 months. Make sure the newest reworded question is selected for the final.
I have already seen final exams from the new material being posted in forums.
This would give us new fresh finals every semester and would greatly reduce cheating.
For someone to cheat they would have to memorize all 550 questions…

Upgrade online curriculum CCNA Packet Tracers to 6.0.1
CISCO should upgrade the online curriculum Packet Tracers to 6.0.1, if only for appearances. It looks bad when students are told to have PT 6.0.1, require it for testing, yet the online curriculum is is int he 5.X release

Thank you for your suggestion. We normally hold back a version on the curriculum Packet Tracer activities for those instructors and students who don’t want to go to the newest version of Packet Tracer or want to use the online assessments that use PT. Packet Tracer is backwardly compatible so any activities written back to version 5.0 will work on a new Packet Tracer release.

Update the CCNA BOOKS!
Even though it is good to get a book with paid class tuition; the CCNA books are really not worth much…
I’ve had student after student make comments about the lack of substance in them; no diagrams, continual referral to the online content and no CD.
CISCO needs to bring the books up to speed to at least as good as the previous CCNA curriculum.

to enable browser zoom function for a better currilucum view
New versions of curricula do not support browser zoom function (<CTRL>+ / <CTRL>-), while browsing curriculum modules character size is quite small, expecially with high resolution monitors. It could be very usefull to re-enable browser zoom function.

Include Comment tab for Assessment questions
Please just wishing to propose that a comment tab be included for every assessment question so that students can give comments for questions which they find problematique. (students sometimes complain that questions are wrongly set.
If we include comments, then we would be able to know what a student was thinking at the time he/she was answering the question.
commenting can be optional for students.Thanks.

Enahnced Color-Codes for Gradebook
Currently, grades in the Gradebook are color-coded to indicate whether the LAST attempt was on time or late.
I propose a more granular color scheme conveying more student performance data, similar to a red/green/amber scheme.
No color enhancement means the indicated grade was achieved prior to the Due Date.
AMBER enhancement indicates the initial attempt was made before the Due Date, but one or more subsequent attempts were made after the Due Date. (Many instructors use Chapter Assessments for formative learning purposes, and allow retakes.) The current scheme does not preserve whether the initial attempt was made before the Due…

Just a question about site navigation
Is this working as planned?
I clicked the 'Manage' tab then clicked on my Academy's link (TAFESA South) and I found myself on the page in the attachment (included). Is this where I'm supposed to be when as Main Contact, I'm trying to manage our academy? (It does not look right to me... ;-) )1 voteHello Claudio,
Thank you for your message. Yes, this is by design. Clicking on the Academy name from the Manage tab takes you, as the Admin, to your Canvas account, which you can then manage.In the screenshot, you would mouse-over Courses, then select under Manage Accounts your academy. You will then see all the courses at the academy
As for managing the academy affairs, that all happens with the different links on the Manage tab – Manage Users, Update Academy Information, etc.

Instructors can access all the resources for different curricula even if they are only accredited to teach a single course.
This way, instructor trainers' duties will be questioned because when training a new instructor, things like packet tracer activities cannot be part of coursework because they already have the answers to all of them.
