I cannot login
I come into an information screen in wich I have to fill adress details etc .
It says "loading" and the screen is all greyed out. That does not stop.

activation tool : somes bugs
1) Impossible to give a duration limit if you select more then 1 chapter exam in the activation tool. You get 1 hours without hope of change.
2) Enrolling student after a activation don't put this student in the list of potentials students. You must reactivate a new set of exams for this student.
3) You can't, or I have not find the way, erase a activation that one craete withj error. And the posibility to correct thoses errors is limited. If I can create it, it's a little bit frustrating that I can't delete it.

Loading front page
Dear Help Desk Team,
My name is Bassam Moujabber and I am the main contact of the Lebanese American University (ITC, ASC, CA) I am forced to join an Academy at KSA and they are rejecting my request to leave them. since Sunday June 30, 2013, I am not able to enter my account even though it said "Loading" all the time and do not move from the KSA link.
All my administrative work has stopped since then and Mr. Hashem Shahwan was not able to convince them to remove me from the user list.I need your urgent assistance…

Attached Files Problem
The attached file for the other Academy is the same with the other academy... Same certificate attached....

Give academy administers access to all courses
In the Academy Connection I was able to access all gradebooks and rosters so that I could reset a student password or clean up an instructors gradebook. All of my instructors are part-time so I am constantly having to access their courses for one thing, or another.

faulty help system
Every time I want to enter any of the four options in help menu of the netspace home it justs reloads the netspace home. Where do I find the online support chat?

Loading
My NetSpace web site is keep on loading at any Browser.
Any reason for that

Students gets message, although the checkbox is not marked
- Creating new Assignment
- Button "more options"
- down on the left side the checkbox "Notify users that this content has changed" is not set.
The students will still get a message when records will be changed in the gradebook.

Import function doesn't work correctly
I did use the export function of a course to import the assignements settings into an other course (Settings - export/import)
After the import there were dublicate entries in the Assignements
The old entries with content (e.g. Chapter Exam with all Chapters) and the new entries with no content (only the percentage).
Thinking of deleting the old items will import the new items correctly.
But, how awful the items were not imported and the entries in the gradebook were deleted.

There is no action buttons in my CCNA Ver 3.1 Cources.
I can not print certificates and letters because I miss the action button. In all other courses I have this button.

There is no button for " Certificate and letters" behind the"reset password" Button.

I am not sure if this the proper venue but nowhere to go, I can not anymore create an ITE class, for no more Academy/Institution to select.
Badly need help on this one.

The Mouse gets stuck when moving the divider between the Text and the graphic
Keep the Text Area one size .... BUT, Allow for INCREASING the font size, ZOOM... Many students may NEED this feature...
Why 4 clicks to Get to EVERYTHING...
NO Progress Bar at the bottom... having the Labs/pages expandable in a separate column is a waste of space
