I'm not sure why this should be a Helpdesk problem. As the LMC in Academy Connection I could see all the classes/courses associated with our Academy. This is essential for us to manage and report Academy activity to our line management.
I'm adding a separate suggestion relating to this - That the Main Contact should to easily see a listing of all courses, and to be able to add further instructors should the original instructor be absent or no longer available when the original instructor did not include the Main Contact as an instructor in the first place. -
