  1. Being able to zoom in on page

    When I press the Control Button on my keyboard and roll my mouse button to increase the size of the written part on the page, as needed when I present information to my students, the whole page increase in size with the result that you are unable to see much of the information you wanted to make more visible in the first instance. The presentation as per the CCNA course is a lot better. Th e ITE canvas is just rubbish!

  4. Recreate the HelpDesk forum similar to the one pre-Canvas

    Create a helpdesk forum similar to the one pre Canvas for submitting issues /questions. It had several advantages

    Ability to search existing questions
    Ability to see previous questions
    Ability to see the status of submitted questions

    The assessment at the end of module 3 does not take into account the Mac version of PT. Preferences on the mac is always under the label {Program Name} top left.

  7. 17.8.2 Skills Integration Errata 7.0

    The DNS server is not listed in the documentation. I was able to copy/paste out and discover it was 64.100.0.2, but if that could be added to the addressing table as well as including DNS entry in the PC Configuration section, that would be great! It's necessary since students are asked to verify connectivity using domain names.

  9. NetAcad Text Errors

    I found many examples of grammatical errors and oversights in the text of the chapters. This includes typos, missing letters from words and misspellings as well. It does not appear that you had an Editing Phase in the development of the curriculum or least not a "final edit" task. I would encourage using individuals whose first or only language is English for this task. I will submit specific examples should I encounter them again. I wish I had kept a record of these during my first reading, but unfortunately, I do not have time to reread all of the text…

  12. PT 7.3.1 Activity Wizard bugs

    There are many bugs regarding Assesment Tree checking for the right configuration results.
    OSPFv3 passive interfaces - does not work at all as it should
    GigabitEthernet0/0/1 interfaces on ISR4300 routers (or I guess every router) failes to check multiple things - basically everything regarding OSPFv3 configuration

  14. CCNA ITN 7.02 - PT lab 4.6.5 locked Physical tab

    Packet Tracer lab 4.6.5 in CCNA ITN 7.02 requiers switching in Physical view, but unfortunately this is locked.
    Same in 4.7.1, where it is not possible to switch to logical view, but there it is only bonus part.

    I would very much like some kind og proof of my completion. And I would very much like some logo or something that I can show on my social medias and more to prove my accomplishments and as a symbol of my qualifications regarding Cisco.

  19. Last Login not accurate

    I have a student that logged in and took an exam in Feb 8th

    Last login show 31 Jan. I am not sure why the Last Login date would not be at least the last time they logged into NetAcad
