    Packet Tracer for cellular devices

    Any Packet Tracer solution or tools for Smartphone, mobile or cellular devices that can be installed.
    Cisco previously had a tool in the Apple Store and Google Play, they are not available. If you have a Packet Tracer solution or platform to use these tools from your cell phone, it would be of great help. The great advances in technology are aimed at mobile devices.

    It would be interesting if the Cisco, Netacad or Skillsforall platform could integrate the Packet Tracer tool for students and instructors who have resource limitations, they can navigate and…

    We greatly appreciate your valuable input and suggestions. Cisco Packet Tracer (as is) is designed and works well on desktop platforms. Inclusion remains at the forefront of our priorities, and we are working to enhance the overall mobile learning experience across all our tools and platforms. While we are still in the process of making these transitions, we are optimistic  about the possibilities and look forward to sharing updates with our  instructor community in the future.

  6. Include attachments to case creations to Support Desk

    When reporting Errata in curriculum/assessments to the Support Desk, it would be helpful to have the option to include attachments (for screenshots) at the outset when submitting support tickets. Otherwise you have to spend more time accessing your Support Cases, locating that specific case and then uploading a file. This is an inefficient use of time.

  7. Problem on the assessment activation

    I launched a course for may students, configure the assessments of different modules but it still appears like if they'are deactivated.
    Another instructor test that issue too and have the same problem.
    Please do the necessary to solve that.

  8. Betterment of content navigation for mobile devices such as smartphones

    Content is not displayed well on small screen devices such as smartphones. I request you to look into this issue and resolve for better experience. This issue discourages new users.

    Affixing Signatures to Student Letters

    Where the instructor places the signature so that when students download their course completion letter, the signature is placed automatically.

    It is uphill to sign many letters manually.

  10. Allowing over 100% results for students

    You should enable over 100% scores in gradebook since adding extra assignments means manual calculation. This feature is available in Moodle but currently disabled.

    English Translation: Generate a report of the time that each student has navigated on the platform.
    As well as an individual history of each access that the student has had to the platform.

  14. Password reset feature

    I know, reread all of the responses saying "we can't implement this because of security reasons". That is a poor response that does not help instructors trying to administer a class or proctor an exam. I just spent most of an hour with a student trying to reset their password so they could take the final. They ran out of time because their account was mandatorily locked for "security" reasons. I have not seen this issue on other LMS platforms. Find a way for instructors to over ride lockouts for administration reasons.

  15. Remve capability to cut paste answers

    Student often find the answers to packet tracer document questions online and copy and paste them into NetAcad word doucments from the internet. It is obvious when all the answers have the same fonts and they are all italics, when the original document does not have italic fonts. Is it possible to remove the capability to paste an answer and force the student to type the answer in and thereby, at least, facilitating learning by consolidating information in long-term memory

  16. Provide additonal VM images for ARM-based hosts

    Some students use Apple Silicon M1/M2 macbooks and thus, can't use the VM images for CyberOps Associate course. They got it partly working with UTM and emulation, which is slow but working. However, networking isn't available and any workarounds have failed so far.

    I'd appreciate, if there were images for ARM platform, too. By the way, not supporting the processor family will most probably exclude other devices in the near future.

  17. Quizzes in NETACAD

    I would like to talk with anybody who has experience with NETACAD assignment creation and setup. I am finding myself have to manually create the quizzes for all 14 chapters in IT Essentials; Hardware and Software. I am behind the 8-ball having started my classes and expecting the quizzes to be already in place. They have already been in place in all past classes I have conducted and have not ever had to create the quizzes manually. Quite a shock. Thank you.

  18. Use of WebEx and/or Zoom

    Being on the outside, looking in, I see no reason why the Support Desk should not be allowed to start a WebEx or Zoom session on the fly without prior scheduling. Mary and I had to eat a bunch of time because of communication issues being limited to texting only. PICTURES ARE WORTH a THOUSAND WORDS!!!! And I don't think all support issues can be pre-planned not knowing the depth of of the scenarios. Please re-think this policy. Thank you.

  19. Send emails to certain academy groups

    it would be usefull the option of being able to send a message to certain user groups.
    For example: if I need to contact or broadcast a message to every instructors of the academy. Or a message only to students to spread certain information.
