fix the Last Login message
Not only is the date format wrong (9/12/2022 for September 12), and the time format (23:09 PM?), there is zero security benefit showing me the time I just logged in instead of the previous time.
Please make sure your platform is properly internationalized and show the previous log in time rather than the current one!

Bugs in the configuration
My name is Hichem GHARBI, certified CCNA CISCO instructor. I am using the python course on this platform. I would like to raise two points:
1- Although I configure the hidden Test Summary for students, it continues to appear for them.
2- For examples in the course, it would be better to use shorter variable names.

Sugiero añadir la opción de buscar y visualizar los cursos que lleva un participante (por su nombre de usuario o correo), pero estando como administrador de la plataforma, ya que esto solamente sale activo cuando se encuentra uno como instructor, pero es de mucha ayuda como administrador tener acceso a esta herramienta.

Academy Success Dashboard
Hello, I want to see my statistical data about the course as an administrator in the academy. i used to be able to see this data from admin page. I don't know where to look now.
All requests are processed in the order they are received. We will respond as quickly as possible.
some data I want to see as an administrator; my course achievements by years, my student achievements, academy success comparison by years, etc.
1 voteThanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately the dashboard has been discontinued and we are not able to implement another or new dashboard at this time. You can use the grade book to view class-level info if needed.

Student Password reset required
Students can use the forgot password option if they need a password reset. However, in Networking Academies which as schools, working With 13-16 year olds, it would be extremely helpful if instructors (teachers) could have an option to trigger a password reset for the students. When a class is mid-flow, waiting for the student to sort out their password can be painfully slow, so giving the teacher the option to start that process would speed up things significantly. Please can we have this.

Notify Students of Assignment Comments & Feedback
The system does not send students a message when the instructor add a "Comment" to the assignment...... This should send the an alert that a comment has been posted to the assignment...

Create a student self-unenrol link / option on all courses and opt-out on NetAcad emails
over a number of years we have been using some of the scalable features within netacad, using the gradebooks for mass communication with students and the self-enrol for large scale outreach and engagement - all excellent positives.
However, less than 0.1% of students once they join feel that they have rights under data protection legislation (such as GDPR) which we must observe - with this in mind, we would like the addition of these two features.
- Student self-unenrol - where it will message the instructors and course-facilitators when this occurs (to help them catch any other potential issues).

Provide at a Glance Indication of Assignments that Need Grading
It would be very nice if the LMS provided a way to easily identify the assignments that need to be graded.
One of the gripes my instructors complain about is not being able to quickly identify the assignments that need grading without first having to select an assignment or student. We are thinking of just moving the PTs and Labs to the college's LMS as the upload venue.
I'm pretty sure all instructors appreciated Canvas in that you could see all students and all items that needed grading at a glance.

LTI Integration
I use netlabs for my cisco lab environments for students to use via html. Netlabs allows LTI and an export package that can easily be added to moodle if the feature set is turned on for Instructors to customize further.

Option to NOT Create NEW accounts on bulk import.
Suggestion for Management.
When you upload a CSV (Course Add Students) can you ADD a CHECK BOX that says "DO NOT CREATE NEW ACCOUNTS" when there is no match.
If the student e-mail has changed at our institution but not updated on NetAcad, the new e-mail address automatically (in the CSV) creates a NEW account!
Problem: Then the student CAN NOT change their correct account e-mail as it shows as used by the NEW (created in error) account.

NETACAD Grade Book Grading Procedure
My grade book screen displays don't lend themselves to easy manipulation when grading 20+ students and 10+ lab assignments. There doesn't seem to be a documented procedure to isolate a screen full of students and be able to see a slider bar at the bottom and simultaneously the headings at the top for some number of columns. I would think instructors would prefer to see sections of the grade book both horizontally and vertically when grading assignments for students. Would like to have both controls on the screen to see student names and assignment names without having to scroll up…

Commenting feature is missing
It has become quite difficult with the new system to provide comments and feedback on the files that the students submit as part of their assignments. The provided space to write comment is not useful. I would like to request if this feature is added back, since it existed in the previous platform before migration to Moodle. Commending and writing feedback should be made possible directly on the submitted file without downloading it. The instructor should be able to open the document online and write the comments and it should be automatically visible to students as soon has the comments…

Show Due Dates for All Activities
When scheduling Exams in ITE, the dates are not visible on the Course Home page. This would be especially useful since these dates do not show in the calendar either. So basically, there is no way to see due dates in the modules, you must use another source like a pdf or printed calendar.

Thank you for your suggestion. We are not able to add the ability to download course feedback results from each course. However, you can see this information from the Academy Success Dashboard and using the gear icon in the report you can export this information.

Implement Speed Grader in the new experience
Please implement "Preview Submitted Assignments" in the new Moodle experience (aka SpeedGrader). It is very hard to grade student assignments as currently implemented! The information is below:

Bulk Editing of Assignment Due Dates
Please provide an easy way to edit the due dates and cutoff dates for all assignments at once in the new LMS. It is incredibly tedious to go into each assignment when you have 50 per course and change dates. Moodle has a tool for this already called the "Dates Report" it just needs to be enabled.

Assignment Grading Screen
I know this has been brought up before but I’m asking again if CISCO would PLEASE activate the Moodle Document Converter feature so that assignments can be graded in Moodle (See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSxxdglCaeE) instead of having to be downloaded, graded, and then feedback files uploaded to Moodle for the student. The current set up is incredibly inefficient and wastes valuable time for instructors.
This feature can easily be added by using Unoconv or the Google Drive Converter in Moodle. (see: https://docs.moodle.org/311/en/Document_converters). Based on my previous experience administering a Moodle installation, the Google Drive Converter seems to be the most…
