Verify NETACAD QA on Edge, Firefox and Chrome
My students have discovered Chapter Exams in I.T. Essentials CPMT 1305.002 is failing with "You may have been idle on the current page for too long. Refresh the page to reset the session."
We tested various chapters with NETACAD Support but Martha advised it was an intermittent issue that should be resolved if Chrome were used. Not the case. A few of the students were using Firefox. One of the students could not use Chrome on his companies laptop. We also tried clearing cache/cookies, etc. but to no avail. Request Cisco/NETACAD regression test NETACAD with all of these browser so YOU have confidence in their functionality and so do we, the instructor and the students.
Currently NetAcad is regression tested on both Firefox and Chrome. These are the recommended browsers. While Cisco NetAcad will work on Edge most of the time, it is not a browser we recommend at this time.
If your students continue to see this issue, please work with the Support Desk. It is important we understand the steps the students are taking to access the exam and verify if the issue can be reproduced. We are happy to work with the Platform team on any possible bug items we find.
