joint communication channel for non cisco courses on the netacad platform
I am currently experiencing a problem where i contacted Netacad for an issue with the CCSK software and they referred me to CCSK developers. I've contacted them and they say the issue is with Netacad. For any courses like this, it would be great to have a team of at least 2 people that jointly addresses issues like these.

I apologize for the difficulties you have experienced with this course. Our platform team is still working on this issue with the CCSK team. I did find your case with the Support Desk is still open and have asked for them to follow up with you again.
