Create a helpdesk forum similar to the one pre Canvas for submitting issues /questions. It had several advantages
Ability to search existing questions
Ability to see previous questions
Ability to see the status of submitted questions

Instructors and Administrators can view their Support case history from Cisco NetAcad. From the ? mark icon click on “My Support Cases”.
