Include attachments to case creations to Support Desk
When reporting Errata in curriculum/assessments to the Support Desk, it would be helpful to have the option to include attachments (for screenshots) at the outset when submitting support tickets. Otherwise you have to spend more time accessing your Support Cases, locating that specific case and then uploading a file. This is an inefficient use of time.

Problem on the assessment activation
I launched a course for may students, configure the assessments of different modules but it still appears like if they'are deactivated.
Another instructor test that issue too and have the same problem.
Please do the necessary to solve that.

Individual Exams for Each Chapter in CCNA courses
Please switch CCNA: Intro to Networks, SRWE, and ENSA to individual chapter exams rather than combining 3 to 4 chapters in one large exam. It's just too much for most high school students to handle.

Betterment of content navigation for mobile devices such as smartphones
Content is not displayed well on small screen devices such as smartphones. I request you to look into this issue and resolve for better experience. This issue discourages new users.

Thank you for posting to Share Idea. The content navigation for the new Platform Skills for All should be better for individuals to use on their mobile devices. As we move towards convergence in 2024 you will continue to see this taken into consideration.

Affixing Signatures to Student Letters
Where the instructor places the signature so that when students download their course completion letter, the signature is placed automatically.
It is uphill to sign many letters manually.

Ability to generate Course Completion certificate in any language regardless of course language
For example, the ability to generate a certificate (or letter) in Spanish if the course was in English, or vice versa. This is important for students' mobility.

It is better to give the translation to Arabic cisco instructors , because there is many miss understanding and some terms & abbreviations doesn't need translation. it need to be as it without translations

Packet Tracer Check Results Screen Enhancement Request
Dear PT Dev Team,
In the Check Results screen, the user profile does not show up UNTIL the activity is at 100%. This is true for all activities.
Let's say, in a hypothetical situation, that an activity had an issue where it did not reach 100% or an instructor would accept an activity for credit that was less than 100%. There is no user profile that the instructor can use to confirm that the student actually completed the activity at that point.

Error on Packet Tracer 12.1.9
Hi,
There is an error on either the tracert results or (more likely) the Instructor PDF. The EAST router's public interface shows on the topology screen tip as 209.165.202.132 and in the tracert results from PC1. However, the table on the instructor pdf appears to have the interface mis-identified as 209.165.202.130. NAT is in play.

Option to not ask to save when closing PT would be fantastic
Consider adding an option in Preferences to not ask the user if they want to save when clicking the close button in Packet Tracer. Some of us grade well over 1000 PTs in a semester and one less click per PT adds up. When we click the close button it asks of we want to save. An option in Preferences to "Do not ask to save when closing" would help speed up the grading even if ever so slightly considering those seconds add up over the course of a semester. Password reset feature
I know, reread all of the responses saying "we can't implement this because of security reasons". That is a poor response that does not help instructors trying to administer a class or proctor an exam. I just spent most of an hour with a student trying to reset their password so they could take the final. They ran out of time because their account was mandatorily locked for "security" reasons. I have not seen this issue on other LMS platforms. Find a way for instructors to over ride lockouts for administration reasons.

Remve capability to cut paste answers
Student often find the answers to packet tracer document questions online and copy and paste them into NetAcad word doucments from the internet. It is obvious when all the answers have the same fonts and they are all italics, when the original document does not have italic fonts. Is it possible to remove the capability to paste an answer and force the student to type the answer in and thereby, at least, facilitating learning by consolidating information in long-term memory

imho - This is not a CCNA level as per the content of the CCNA 3 class, Enterprise Networking, Security and Automation (ENSA), 14. 5.3, "We are rapidly moving away from a world where a network administrator manages a few dozen network devices, to one where they are deploying and managing hundreds, thousands, and even tens of thousands of complex network devices (both physical and virtual) with the help of software. Course Integrity
Cisco needs to scan the internet for answers to the assignments and fight to have the answers removed when found. Way to easy for student to cheat.

An overview where you can see just ungrades assignments
Right now it is very difficult to find one off late assignments. For example I had a student in the hospital for a while and when they came back, I had to go into each assignment to see if he submitted his.

Modify NETACAD Default Activation
So there is one less setup that has to be performed for a new class, modify the default activation setting for "All" Practice Exams. These exams are for the students to familiarize themselves with course topics by launching the exams "without" the instructor having to activate the these exams for all students. The Practice Exam grades are not a part of the grade computation so they should be activated all term. For those instructors that prefer them not to be activated, let them de-activate them. Please consider. Thank you.
