create forward and back buttons through the news so that I don't have to exit, click in scroll down and click.
Really, who thought a list of articles with no convenient way to navigate through them was a good idea? Basic UI, folks. People are lazy. If you want us to read your articles, make it easy to read one, click forward or back, and read the next.

Provision for Instructors Signature Upload
Hello,
Please on behalf of University of Jos ASC and ITC, I wish to request if our instructors could have the ability to upload their signatures so that their students certificates can be downloaded with the signatures. Especially now that we have to embark on remote classes.
Thank you very much in anticipation.1 voteDelivered ·

Thank you for your suggestion. At this time we have implemented a Cisco signature for students instead of listing an instructor. This will help the student get a signature. We are investigating the possibility of adding a digital signature for instructors but do not know when this will be added at this time.

Log in menu could work better
As I hoover the 'Log In' option, the menu opens. ok, but when I move the pointer to the 'Lonin' option, the menu closes!
So, I have to clic on 'Log In' to be able to clic on the 'Login' option.
Worse: I have sometime to choose and clic twice on the 'Login' option to have it working... Firefox 75.0
So, please, would make the main 'Log In' menu to stay opened when the pointer is moved to the sub option 'Log In'. Like with the language option menu.

Thank you for the suggestion. We made some updates to help the login menu not close if you move your pointer a little. Please test this once again.
Note: You will have to click on the login button more than once if the page has not fully loaded first.

Reactivate "calculate score using 0 for ungraded assignments"
I just discovered that the "new" gradebook no longer allows the instructor to toggle the display of the students' total scores between "running averages" (based only on assignments with scores entered) and "raw scores" (using 0s for assignments without scores entered). This is unsatisfactory for me, since I base student Progress Reports and final course grades on the raw score, not the current running average which is not a meaningful number for me to use.
Can we PLEASE restore the option to change how the total score is displayed in the gradebook to enable instructors to assess student progress in…

Last opend Academy
Each time I open the NetAcad site, I have to choose an academy again.
I would like the site
to remember the last used academy or
have a 'Prefered academy' (with a star like with the course).

Fix Course Search to correctly treat standalone spaces
Currently if you type something in I´m Teaching => Search by course name or ID Field, and then leave some space characters in this field, the system will show you an empty list of courses.
This is very confusing. If you see your list of courses empty and you see nothing in the search (because it´s just a space character) you are lost. One of such issues was resolved in Support Desk Case 00103006.Proposal is to have fix that will not treat some standalone space characters as search criterion.

Thank you for the suggestion. We have implemented changes so adding a space in the search field will no longer work. In addition, the magnifying glass is no longer viewable if you added a character that is difficult to see.

after creating a course, when giving the details for it, it does not appear whether the Academy is ITC or CA
I have a suggestion for you, as when creating a course on netacad, you
choose the academy. But if the academy is an ITC or a CA does not appear properly. And I think it would be a good point to have it more clear.
Therefore, on the first screen when creating a course, if you academy is both ITC and CA, when choosing the academy it appears ITC, but it does not appear CA.
Furthermore, on the next screen, when quoting the details of that new course, it says just the academy name, without appearing neither ITC nor CA.…1 voteDelivered ·

Thank you again for your suggestion. We have changed the details when creating a course to always show if it’s an ASC or ITC. If it is not labeled it is a CA.

The "Certificates and Letters" page, in My profile, should show dates in a consistent format.

Thank you for the suggestion. You can select multiple students to remove from your course at one time.
After logging into Cisco NetAcad go to your Course Details page. You will see a drop down menu with the default of “Last Login” showing. Change this to “Not Logged In”. You can then easily select multiple students to un-enroll.

Mark new courses as favourites
Can new courses created automatically be marked as favourite, this would then ensure that new classes created will be found at the top of the list and Instructors would not have to search through a number of courses to find new classes.

Version numbers for resources
Bring back verson control on all resources, where just before we taught we could quickly look and see if we had the latest version of a document without having to download them all.
It's something fairly simple but should be a basic feature for all documents.

Resize Columns on I'm Teaching
It would be very helpful to be able to resize the Course ID and Course Name columns on the I'm Teaching page. Many times the course name is truncated. It looks like maybe only 18 characters are shown by default. Many time we have long names, for example "ETW: Network Programmability - section#" and we could have multiple sections. It is hard to determine which one without hovering over all of them to find the correct one.
