Thank you for the suggestion. Students and Instructors have the ability to request the Letters of Merit. At this time there are no plans to make it required for instructors to approve allowing students to be able to request their own Letters of Merit.

same course id
I created new course and I made mistake same name and courses id with others. So that conflict the new course with the other. I deleted the new course, but evidently content of the old course loss.
I suppose netacad.com to prevent instructors for creating a course with same name and course id with others.
Thank you

Please let us decide the order for Course listing
I see other Ideas are there on this topic. I opened a course, which disappeared in the list of our 300+ courses, and I only can find it by searching its name. Please let us choose the list order, i.e. by alphabet, or by starting date, or by Academy, or by language, or by manifold criteria.

list of available courses to be created in alphabetical order
Hi,
I think it would be easier for us instructors to get the available new courses when creating a course in alphabetical order, as we could find a particular course much faster.1 voteThanks for the suggestion. We are working on implementing a better order of the courses in the create course wizard.
Please use the search box on the create course wizard to quickly find the course you want. -

Click on “Edit Role” on the “Users” tab and remove all roles for a user. This will remove them from the academy.

I would like to recommend that Cisco create a project management course. You could add this to your Business course offerings and it would benefit us all.

Send message to more than one course
If you have to share information to more than one course, for example communication about holidays, classroom availability and so on you have to send a message to each courses.
It will be a pleasure to have the opportunity to send a message to more then one course at once1 voteArchived · AdminSandra Ray (Customer Support Director, or Executive, Cisco Networking Academy) respondedThank you for the suggestion. We are not able to implement this change currently. We will keep this in mind for future enhancements.

Add a button to send message to a course directly from "I'm Teaching" panel
When you need to send a message to all students in a course you have to go in the specific "Inbox" panel and then select the course. This operation is quite annoying if you have a lot of active courses because the select form does't display so well.
It can be more practical to add a button in the course summary chart in the "I'm teaching" panel, where now there are Course Details, Grades and Assignments. Next to the last one a button could directly point to the Inbox panel with prefilled field about the course.1 voteThanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately we will not be able to implement at this time.

The need for having an affiliation evidence for Cisco netacad affiliates
Having a certificate of Affiliations will be good, especially for the authenticity and trust. Must at times people will be asking unnecessary questions about that, so having a certificate or mark on social media pages and websites which will automatically verified and linked up with Cisco's website from the academy's website address. Thus will indeed help in boosting trust between the operators of the academy and clients.

password protect chapter exams
Password Protect Chapter Exams
In our distance learning classes we require exams to be taken at our testing center on campus. It would be very helpful for these exams to be able to have a password assigned so that proctors at the testing center can make the exam available to the student. Without this type of check in place the student can take the exam anywhere they want, which is not what we desire.
