In the security course I can no longer reach the ASA5505 via ASDM.
Lab ASA5505 Basic SettingsWe have switched all computers to Win10.
It's a clean install.
On other computers we migrated from Win7 to Win10.
There are no problems there.I'm getting various error messages on Win10.
An important Windows function seems to be missing.
I couldn't find a solution via Google.
I have tried the connection via various browsers. On Chrome and Edge:

False answer in the curriculum 4.1.1 quiz
The option as answer to the 3. question is false stating: "If there are no matching ACEs in the ACL, the packet is forwarded because there is an implicit permit ACE automatically applied to all ACLs."
It's supposed to be: "If there are no matching ACEs in the ACL, the packet is discarded because there is an implicit deny ACE automatically applied to all ACLs." as reflected in the feedback popup.

Last three questions in 4.5.2 quiz are beyond the scope
In 4.5.2 quiz there last three questions are beyond the scope of chapter 4 (as they are covered later in chapter 5):
A college student is studying for the Cisco CCENT certification and is visualizing extended access lists. Which three keywords could immediately follow the keywords permit or deny as part of an extended access list? (Choose three.)
If the provided ACEs are in the same ACL, which ACE should be listed first in the ACL according to best practice?
Which operator is used in an ACL statement to match packets of a specific application?

Wrong output shown in 5.2.2
It says "Assume that ACL 1 has now been corrected. Therefore, the incorrect ACL must be deleted, and the corrected ACL 1 statements must be pasted in global configuration mode, as shown in the output."
But in the second output still the wrong IP of 19.168.10.10 is set.

Modify SRWE 1.1.2
The information in the second paragraph of SRWE 1.1.2 is confusing. Here is what should be stated -- The switch 2950, and other models, saves the configuration in two connected files, startup-config in NVRAM and config.text in Flash. Both files contain exactly the same contents . The first one (Startup-config) ,which is saved in the NVRAM, is used by the switch to load the startup configuration during the booting process, the other one (Config.text), which saved in Flash, is used for recovery purposes.
when modify or delete one of those files , the other will be effected automaticly.

CCNA 7: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials
hello, this is not an idea.
but I think that I find a contradict (may be an error).
In course CCNAV7: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials (1.2.6) the Figure shows that the interface operates in Full-duplex and have collisions (see attached No. 2). While any networking materials (2.2.1) say no collision will happen in Full-duplex mode. (See attached No.1)

I would really like to be able to use a fully specified static route in Packet Tracer ;)
the curriculum is encouraging the use fully specified static routes, so it makes no sense that is not implemented in Packet Tracer ;)

Correct ITN PT Lab 10.4.3
When you download the Packet Tracer Lab 10.4.3, the instructions do not have IP addressing information in the table, so the students cannot complete the lab.

Verify NETACAD QA on Edge, Firefox and Chrome
My students have discovered Chapter Exams in I.T. Essentials CPMT 1305.002 is failing with "You may have been idle on the current page for too long. Refresh the page to reset the session."
We tested various chapters with NETACAD Support but Martha advised it was an intermittent issue that should be resolved if Chrome were used. Not the case. A few of the students were using Firefox. One of the students could not use Chrome on his companies laptop. We also tried clearing cache/cookies, etc. but to no avail. Request Cisco/NETACAD regression test NETACAD with all of these browser so…1 voteReferred to Helpdesk · AdminSandra Ray (Customer Support Director, or Executive, Cisco Networking Academy) respondedCurrently NetAcad is regression tested on both Firefox and Chrome. These are the recommended browsers. While Cisco NetAcad will work on Edge most of the time, it is not a browser we recommend at this time.
If your students continue to see this issue, please work with the Support Desk. It is important we understand the steps the students are taking to access the exam and verify if the issue can be reproduced. We are happy to work with the Platform team on any possible bug items we find.

PTSA Submission Issue
Hello,
We have students who are unable to submit their Final PTSA Reviews and I think it's because Netacad is logging them out, orphaning the open Packet Tracer. I will advise students in the future to go back and navigate around Netacad to keep their session open to see if that helps.
Perhaps the issue can be duplicated elsewhere?
Thanks for any help you can provide!

requires grading filter
In the assignment grading screen when I choose a filter (ie Requires Grading) it does not filter the assignment submissions to show only the students that still have assignments to be graded. In other words, when this filter is turned on, when the instructor clicks the "Save and Show next" button it should go on to the next student alphabetically that submitted the assignment and skip any students in between who did not submit the assignment. Please fix this feature.
