We understand that having an instructor (live person) who can help is important so we work directly with institutions around the world to provide our curriculum to them and allow them to use for their regular courses.

7. Misstakenly check a box on "completetions"

   I wrongly mark a check box as COMPLETE a student on the gradebook under the "copletetions" option. But I Can not disbale this check box.
   What about if the student does not finished the course? or I do not want to mark as COMLETE. It was a finger error! sorry!

14. Please_give_back_the_old_fashioned_site_page_of_CISCO

    Dear Creators,
    My name is Edit Lazar. I am an assistant lecturer at the Budapest Business university.
    I am learning the CISCO courses CCNA in English and in Hungarian because I want to study it and in the near future to teach it with my colleagues at the university. One of my teacher is Terezia Nemes who won a prize of CISCO.
    I am using a Lenovo laptop with 14" (inches) display.
    Sometimes I have to zoom in until 150% to see well the materials because my eyes are tired.
    In the English version is OK, I can change the menu system (Show/hide) and zoom in the material as I need.
    The problem is in the Hungarian version where (I don't know way) is used a "blogger site looking" where the unnecesary environmetal system occupy a lot of places and the main material I cannot read. Before I could read and zoom it normal.
    Please think it and give back the old and well-maintened platform.

    I don't know maybe only this is my own problem, but the frame to the main material is so small. The question mark is part of the frame, so I cannot zoom and scroll, and watch the materials.

    The platform of English version is OK until now.
