Improve Assessment Process
Am I the only instructor who has to redo assessments in NETACAD over and over again due to the missing logic in the implementation? I have reported this multiple times over the last year and a half without acknowledgment that it will be put on the to-do list for future version. You see, the logic was never thought through sufficiently enough to anticipate oversights and keying errors, not only by this instructor, but maybe others as well, when activating Exams. Having to correct these errors by deactivating students and going through the settings subsequent times to be sure further oversights do not occur on the next pass and maybe a different oversight even on the third pass before it will be correct and acceptable to the activation process. Am I missing something here? Am I the only one stepping into these bear traps? I would really like to verbally explain the pitfalls that I have run into for your awareness. Please confirm that Cisco/NETACAD Development will eventually, someday, agree with my conjecture that this to be reviewed and judged worthy of remedy by ultimately assigning a time frame and other resources for this effort? Please do not respond with the same phrase as before, "We cannot implement your suggestion at this time". I know. I know. But somewhere in the future? Maybe?
The assessment process is something that will be evaluated as we move towards convergence with Skills for All. I encourage you to review the following page: https://www.netacad.com/portal/news/i/coming-instructor-led-functionality-evaluation-phases
We welcome participation when the new Instructor-Led courses launch in Skills for All towards the end of April. You will also see a place to provide feedback on this page.
