ITEv7 Training Materials Issues (Chapters 1-8)
I'm about halfway through my first teach using the new IT Essentials version seven material and have some feedback on items I have found.
Attached is a Word document with my comments for chapters1–8, some are just general comments, some are minor typos, and some are items I thought were errors. Most of the typos / errors carry over to the PowerPoint files.

Course Details - Get All Letters & Certificates Failed!!!
Several minutes after my submission, I got two links of certificates and letters. But their contents are just both an error report, just as below: <b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 695222272 bytes) in <b>/var/www/html/portal/sites/all/modules/custom/extensions/netacadcertificatesletters/netacadcertificatesletters.allcertletter_download.inc</b> on line <b>208</b><br /> Could you please help me to resolve this Get All Letters & Certificates problem? Academy name error
Student certificate contain the academy local name which is in arabic. the certificates containe separated letters of the name not connected letters.
i wish that the english name appears in the academy field instead of the arabic name since the whole certificate text is english. could you provide the option either to change the local name to english or add the choice to choose either english or local name in certificates?.

Error Meassage - ITEv7 Practice Final Exam (Chapters 1-9)
October 14, 2019 - I activated the ITEv7 practice final exam one in Cisco Networking Academy just like I have activated all other exams, but my students are receiving the below message when they try to access it. I deleted my first activation and reactivated it again but they (more than one student) are still receiving the error message (screenshot attached). I tried activating both practice final exams but they still receive the error message.

Change ITEv7 Labs Gray ‘Answer Here’ Text Style to Red
The ITEv7 labs Word documents use three ‘Answer Line’ styles:
• Answer Line L25 (based on Body Text L25)
• Answer Line L50 (based on Answer Line L25)
• Answer Line L75 (based on Answer Line L50)All three of these text styles are gray bold italic text. Course search improvement.
.After some time instructor could have wide list of courses with different status. An import of students from one course to another it is hard to find necessary entry. The same is for sending messages to students of a certain group. The context search would help a lot with finding necessary item.

Broken links in Resources - PT-BR
There are many broken links in the menu "Resources" in PT-BR version of Netacad platform.

Enable multiple assessments for one student.
Hello, I suggest that it could be possible to the instructor to be able to activate multiple exams and assessments to only one student or selected students from a course.
Currently this feature is not working

Thank you for the information. There was a discrepancy in the system that was causing an issue when creating a course. This was corrected and you should no longer have any issues. If you are getting an error please contact the Support Desk.
