Please put a 'search' button in resources.
Resources is now a backward step. Why do you not see that if someone is busy, they need to be able to search for a resource. If one wants to fine "IP subnet calculator", JUST HOW DOES ONE GO ABOUT FINDING IT.
Despite repeated requests for thorough beta testing before releasing newer versions, all has been ignored. Well done Cisco on another useless resource.

Thank you for the idea. We are not able to add a search feature to the resource area at this time. Users can go to the “All Resources” section and there is a search feature available to use. We will keep this idea in mind for future releases.

arranging or grouping instructor classes by date, academy
if it is possible to add a feature to the instructor teach view to rearrange the classes or group them whether by date or academy or sorting them alphabetically this will simplify the process of reaching the intended class fastly and accurately especially when the instructor is shared between different academy and the have many classes open concurrently ..

Thank you for the suggestion. We are unable to add a sort feature at this time. We have added some new options to the drop down such as favorites to help show less classes. We are keeping this in mind for future releases.

Teams - courses order
Would like when courses /teams are in list view be able to arrange by column selected or in teams. Have 3 CP-X teams / courses and would like them next to each other or give me the option to move them around.

CSV or SQL
We want to be able to display student's certificates in a convenient way that is also searchable. Is there any way you can send over the completed courses for students in a file readable by a MySQL database?

Why is it so hard to set the items that I want to have checked in the answer key?
I can't see a good reason to make it so incredibly cumbersome to have the answer key grade on the criteria that I need...can we not just have it match the show run?

errors when creating a course
Hello! I just saw something a little confusing with the new netacad site and wondered if you were taking feedback on any problems with it?
I was just running a connecting networks final test for one of our students who missed the usual date for the test and so took it later than normal. Actually, the course had expired (I didn't notice this). I was able to create the final exam but when the student took it they saw an error message saying they hadn't completed the course feedback form - even though they had. After a period of confusion,…

Mobile Messaging Notification System
The messaging system is useful, however outside of the school house students almost never use it. I believe this may be due to a lack of a notification system. For Chrome, I know it's possible to implement 'Push Notifications'. In that instance, if they've logged into Netacad from their browser, be it on a phone or laptop, they can receive notifications that they have received a message. Another alternative could be a very lightweight android or IOS app for just logging into the messaging system, and ensuring they get notifications for incoming messages. Better search options
It would be great if we could do a search for a subject from one central area and it would takes us to the location within the curriculum. Current searches take us to posted blogs or we have to create a course in order to search for the subject in question. With the recent change from CCNA 5.03 to 6.0 it would be a great time saver.

Use Student Groups for Assessment Activations
If I have 200 students in a class, but only want to activate an exam for a small subset of those students, using the Groups function would simplify and speed up the assessment activation process.

Update Orientation Course
The Orientation Course is no longer updated. Students from ASC always get confused because the information is obsolet. The content is shown with the previous interface.
Please, actualize your own content.

STOP USING FLASH
I spend more time with students trying to get flash player to load the questions for student to take the exams than i do teaching. Its ridiculous. Both firefox and chrome have deprecated it and made it hard to enable it at all. even if it is enabled it is temperamental and refuses to work half the time. for the love of money fix this!!!!!!

Thank you for posting. We are working to remove flash from all curriculum and assessments. At this time the only Flash used in CCNA 6.0 is for drag and drop items in assessments. The team is working on solutions for this.

WorldSkills International is currently setting up test projects using ViRL, when can the said be introduced in NETACAD?

Instructor Profile shows current CCAI status
When an instructor looks at their personal profile, they should be able to see their current CCAI status, eg. CCAI-CCNA, CCAI-CCNA Security, CCAI-ITE, CCAI-CCNP Switch, etc.

Bookmarks need to be saved in student accounts
Bookmarks need to be saved in student accounts. Students need to work on several computers / mobile devices. We cannot have them saving / synchronizing passwords on school computers. Students should be able to switch devices and continue where they left off, not fast forward through section until reaching previous stopping point
1 voteThanks for your feedback. We like the idea and will consider it in the future. However, we will not be able to implement this now. There are browser add-ons to sync book marks across different devices. Currently a bookmark will work if the student works on the same computer.

Change in Linux Course Certificate
Respected Maa'm, We want to enroll our 45 students into NDG Linux Essential Course. Before that as an Instructor, I had completed that course. After completion I was happy that i will get one more certificate for Linux as well from a very reputed name "CISCO". But when i downloaded a certificate, was little bit disappointed. The certificate does not look like certificate. It looks like a letter. Secondly even it is "NOT WELL FORMATTED". How can we encourage our student by showing such a certificate.
