Typo errors on NetSpace in Spanish
Hi,
I just want to let you know about typo errors appearing on NetSpace in spanish every time an accent or a "ñ" letter is expected.
This might be due to the fact that the coding of the website is done in UTF-8 (which is optimised for the english language) as opposed to ISO-8859-1 (which is its spanish counterpart).
Therefore I might suggest you to look into the possibility of changing this tag: <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
by this other:<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1" />

Historical Results
We need to verify the historical classwork of a student also his/her result. Helpdesk claims to be unable to access this information. For our Local Academy, without proof of passing a previous CCNA semester, we cannot allow the student to enter upper CCNA semesters.
Allow helpdesk (or all of us) access to this historical data.

Problem with Flash Launching Menu
All the Exploration and Discovery courses are launch with a Flash movie. At certain screen resolutions the Canvas environment clips the Flash movie making the course material unusable.

There is a need for instructors accreditation who completed classes that are archived. No chance to make accreditation without an access to archived coursesThank you.

Are you referring to the courses from Academy Connection? If so, unless instructors downloaded the content before the Academy Connection closure, there is not a way to access historical course information at this time. Please contact the Help desk and let them know your request. Thank you! -
Fix your Packet tracers
I have found problems in the Packet Tracers which I hoped would not appear with the new curicullum. PT 9.3.1.4 shows an address space of 2001:DB:ACAD:00C8::0/64 but the actual PT is address 2001:DB8:ACAD:00C8::0/64.
PT 9.1.4.6 will not allow access to R2 in the packet tracer itself so the lesson can never be completed.
It is hard to teach when the materials have errors.

Allow for all correct answers on the Assessments.
I just took the chapter 5 Assessment for Intro to Networks. Question 20 asked me fill in the blank with the Hexadecimal representation of the Binary number 0000 1010. I answered with '0x0A'. To my surprise, I saw this question on my item feedback with the correct answer shown as '0A'; which is still correct.
However, I answered '0x0A' because I remembered reading in the chapter about how important it was to distinguish Hex from Decimal and it was done so by adding '0x' to the front of the Hex number (Chapter 5.1.3.1). I feel that if this is important…

Error in Scaling Networks 7.4.1.2
The slide on https://static-course-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/ScaN50ENU/module7/index.html#7.4.1.2 shows that EIGRP for IPv4 supports plain text and MD5 both. For 2+ weeks grades are not getting to the grade book
For 2+ weeks grades are not getting to the grade book. You say "The DB team is aware of this" - the same old excuse. Really? This was in beta for 2 years, there's still basic problems like grades not showing up in the gradebook? Really? We were getting that same report from beta testers last December.
John Chambers needs to get try to get his check from this database, and you call him and say "We're aware of the problem, the DB team has been notifed, and they'll get back to us"

Online Final Exams for ITN and RSE Courses
There is a new problem in the final online exam, different of what's been reported.
We had one student from CCNA2 (RSE), Tuesday class who reported that the system graded the Online Final Exam for him while he was still completing it. He had approximately 30 minutes of exam time left. When quizzed he insisted that he done nothing incorrectly.
Today, for CCNA1 (ITN), it happened again for one student, with the system grading the exam for him 10 minutes before the finishing time.

Any screen/page that reports a test or quiz grade should incorporate the student's name.
Recently an interface bug caused the loss of some data in the grade report for one of my courses. My students keep a screen shot of the history page for their tests. However, I have reason to doubt one of the students results because the only ID on the printout is the student's signature.
