Possibility to open exams which are only in English version in the courses in other languages.
There should be possibility to open exams in English even the course is in other language. If the course is in Polish, we can't activate exams which are only in English. The problem is connected with Practice Final Exams. These exams are very useful for students, so It would be great if we could activate them (even in English version).

when enrolling people with wrong email address feedback required

Unrandomize test questions
I see you are Planning to allow instructors to create a default test activation. Please add as one of the options - to randomize or unrandomize test questions. This is a handy is some situations.

Transfer the files that were in the Plan and Search Uploads/Downloads area
New instructors trained in Netspace do not have access to all those files that are in academy connection

In Grade book show total points
In the new grade book, no you longer can see the total points a studeht has. What you see is a percentage score that does not change drastically with completitions of activities. IF a student at the end of the class wants to take or make up an activity to raise his grade, with the percentage showed, it does not actually represent the total points the student has earned. Only when you export to a cvs format do you see a field called final score with a grade. Please bring back the display of the current points the student has.…

Do not require new window for asessment management
Greetings,
Currently, instructors are required to open a new browser window to set up or manage individual assessment activations. This is tiresome and quite an annoyance, especially when coupled with the current need to manually activate or manage multiple assessments (as the batch activation is not possible yet - hopefully not for long).
I suggest that the assessment management is integrated into the NetSpace in a way that opening a new browser window or tab is not necessary - similarly to the CNAMS style of managing assessment activations.

Make default grade mark 100%
If you forget to put in a maximum mark, the software doesn't warn you and refuses to take marks with "Oops! That last request didn't work out" or (worse still) appears to take the marks and then forgets them after you have graded the whole class!
A warning to other instructors!

How can I modify/shorten the titles of a native test
Columns are quite too large in gradebook --> loosing time to scroll. I would like to shorten the title "Examen de fin de chapitre xx" to "CHxx"

Assignments set up for multiple courses
Being able to create an assignment one time and assign it or copy it to different courses would be a great time saver.
2 votesBlair, you can move an assignment from one course to another. Under Settings, you can export it and then in the new course you can import it. Hope that helps!

Hide Columns in 'New Gradebook'
The old gradebook view has a 'Hide Column' option for each column, it doesnt work, however the New gradebook doesnt have this option at all. It would be nice to hide some columns using both New or Old gradebook.
17 votesThank you for your feedback. Currently hide column function is not on our roadmap. However you could use Mute an Assignment by clicking on the Column drop-down in the Gradebook or Hide Student Names by clicking the Gear icon. Please see the link http://screencast.com/t/qVQL8LOvkRXy .

NetSpace allows you to send messages to your students within the InBox in the top right corner of your classroom. You can either send individual messages or if you’d like to send the same message to your whole class simply start typing the name of the course. You’ll see your course name pop up and you can then message all students in that course.

Where are the Interactive Course Guides?
In Academy Connection there was a link to ICGs, I haven't found the link under NetSpace. Where can I find that link?
1 voteHi Adriana, the ICGs have not been moved over to NetSpace so you’ll need to access them from Acad Connection.

Include a link to Academy Marketplace - as is available in Academy Connections
With the old Academy Connections site, there is a link to Academy Marketplace where using the "Books" and then the "EMEA" link the user arrived at the Pearson Education pages where 35% discount for Cisco Press Books could be obtained. This facility "added value to their course fee" and encouraged the students to extend their reading beyond the "on screen" curriculum.

Academy-wide grading scheme
At the moment, as far as I can see a grading scheme has to be defined for every course. Is there a possibility to edit grading schemes for the whole CA, so that I just have to enable our academy grading scheme in Course Settings?
1 voteHi Lorenz, I believe you can set your Academy grading scheme from the classroom environment. Mouse over Courses and Groups, then click your Academy Name to manage that account. There you will find the settings for your institution. Grading scheme is one of the settings.

File folder drag & drop
When viewing all courses it would be much less tedious if we could drag/drop or copy folders. Having to create individual folders is monotonous and seems unnecessary.
