Additional field in student registration information
Would it be possible to add another field to the enrollment database? Our students are divided into sections, so instead of creating two separate courses for each section, I would be able to create one course with and be able to sort them by section.

Editing class settings
This is not a new idea - it's to do with using a feature that is not yet functioning as expected.
To change a class's settings of Start Date, End Date, etc., the Help FAQ "Edit Course Info" instructs:
1. Begin at the Netspace Home Page and click on the Class name, under "Teach".
2. Then click on "Settings" and on that Settings page, click "Edit Course Details".
3. However, nothing is editable, so I guess the web team would wish to rectify and enable this feature here. Our Help Chat line came in handy here - Francine F. instructed…

Enrolled CCNP instructors see their skill based exams
enrolled instructors in the CCNP class can see Skill Based Exams for students and also for instructors. This means, they can see their Skill Based Exams... Could that be true?

Can you give us a little more detail on exactly what you are trying to do. When you add students to a class they will receive an email inviting them to join the class whether they are local or distance. Please provide more information on what you are looking for. Thanks!

The tutorial window is not quite large enough to fit elements to the right
the tutorials are thorough, but I didn't have the ability to scroll to the right to see the elements (usually the gear icon).
1 voteThank you for your suggestion, Marilyn. We will definitely keep this in mind as we create additional tutorials.

Resize the Modules on the Netspace Home Page
First, I appreciate the great work you all have done. Keep up the hard work.
I am interested in viewing all of my classes, rather than continuously having to scroll through to select each one from the Netspace Home Page.
Is there a way to offer resizing of each of the modules (i.e. Access the Courses You Are Teaching or NetAcad News or ...)?
Thank you in advance.

Restrict access to Skill Exams
Any Student and any instructor is able to load all the educational ressources files, also the SKILL EXAM.
That's not a good idea, because we will have to prepare individual test for them. Any idea to restrict the access like at the old Net Acad System?I would not use Net Space furthermore without this function.

Accessing or embedding neacad via Moodle
Is there a way to send results of chapter exams into a Moodle session.
Also is it possible to embed this site into a Moodle site.
2 votesHi Damian,
You can possibly export the gradebook from NetSpace and re-import it into another LMS. I’m sure you’d have to manipulate the export file (CSV format) some for another LMS to import back into.As far as embedding NetSpace into another LMS, there is not a hook to integrate NetSpace with another.
Thank you for your question!

Multiple Curricula per class
I teach in a community college. I would like to be able to create a course and add Exploration 1 & 2 or 3 & 4 to a single course rather than have to finish one course then start another.

Create a Summary of Submited Assignments for Students
Currently students must click on each assignment to verify that they submitted it.
Is it possible to create a syllabus or page that would show the student assignments that have been submitted and graded (or not graded)?

Give students the option to have a "secret" nickname
When going over an Exam, as a class, after it is completed, students names need to be kept confidential...although names can be turned off, once they are turned off, the students cannot identify which row of answers is theirs. Hence, they don't know what to ask questions on. A "secret" nickname would allow them to quickly identify which row is theirs.
